This was a fun, relaxing home that suited the needs of a multigenerational family. The kitchen is lovely, ample seating and conversations areas inside and out, huge bedrooms with comfortable beds, and the most fun backyard ever!!!! We will want to come again!!!

We absolutely loved this house. Plenty of room inside and comfortable beds. We were there when it was in the 90s and it stayed cool inside and in all of the bedrooms. But the yard is what really makes this place amazing. We hardly went inside at all, except to sleep. Its beautiful and private and so much fun. We played basketball and picked ball every day and long into the night. The peacocks were an added delight. We also loved the location as it was walking distance to the river and trails to walk along. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Thanks for sharing it with us.

At first entry of the home we were impressed by the spacious layout, but the photos on this listing are old. I booked and paid for this house in full a year in advance, baited by the photos on the listing. This house has deferred maintenance issues. The host was quick to respond, but we just kept finding multiple problems. We let the host come clean and make some repairs during our stay. Be aware that the pillows and mattress covers are stained from previous use!! Upon departure the bathroom sink was leaking, the ice maker was over flowing with ice and we could not shut it off, the dishwasher wouldn’t start and we were told to take the garbage out upon our check out, but the can outside was over flowing. Way over priced for the location and condition. No offer of accommodation on what we paid for having been inconvenienced during our short 3 day stay.

Enjoyed having a comfortable home to return to after short trips to Idaho and Montana. Lots of fun exploring Spokane, geocaching, and learning about its history. One thing we were able to do which is worth going to is the Campbell House in Browns Addition!! The Parkway neighborhood is quiet and so close to beautiful views of the river. The highlight for us were the peacocks💚🦚💙!!! They actually are not bothersome, we got many photos of them fanning proudly! Any questions were answered immediately by the host and the home has everything you would need.

This was our second Christmas in this home. We love the neighborhood/ location and are very comfortable just hanging out, cooking, and going for walks. The house has a neat layout too!

I love that the property was rustic. This weekend was a mans get together. The property fit us well and was super creative. We all had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

House was big and clean. Yard was fabulous with deck, patio, sport court, basket ball hoop and balls. There were beautiful peacocks wandering the neighborhood. At end of block is a road that goes along the riverbluff with beautiful views of Spokane river. There is a about grocery store about 5 min away for groceries. You might want to bring your own pickle ball paddles if you are serious players. It is a short drive to trail heads at Riverside State park. And not far from town. Would stay there again but sadly it's booked for the dates I want next spring.

We had the best time in the Spokane area thanks to this amazing property. It is spacious, beautifully appointed (very stylish and original), with a beautiful outdoor area and comfortable rooms. It had everything you would need. It’s also on beautiful property right by a gorgeous creek. We really enjoyed the wild peacocks! So happy we came across this listing and booked it! It was awesome!

This property was wonderful. Very generous amount of towels, blankets, pillows ect. We made almost all of our meals there and the kitchen had what we needed. The backyard was amazing and made the experience worth it. Kids had fun playing basketball and pickle ball and the adults enjoyed the covered patio. The early risers enjoyed longing on the couch outside in the morning with their coffee. 2 dogs loved the yard too. We would definitely stay here again.

The property worked perfectly for our 4-person golf outing while traveling with pups. The house is clean and laid out efficiently. We particularly enjoyed the fenced backyard, and loved that there was a pickleball court. Jacob was always responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay there again.

Home was ok but not worth the price paid for a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood has peacocks which are very loud and annoying. Kept us up at night and early morning. Beds were comfortable but house was very warm. No air conditioning. The decor was very manly.

Thank you Jacob for allowing us to have family gather at your beautiful house for my daughter's wedding. With this Covid season, there wouldn't have been any way all the family could visit together. Everyone raved about your beautiful back yard and covered patio, where our gatherings occurred. We thoroughly enjoyed your property, and would recommend it to any large family group

We had a wonderful time at the Parkway house in Nine Mile. Right by the Spokane River, Riverside State Park, and close to Spokane, this place great for anyone visiting and wanting to get outside! The house is very comfortable too, and the backyard is amazing. The fireplace made for some cozy January evenings, and the host even brought over extra wood while we were there. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we hope to do so again this summer.

The house was everything we needed during our stay in Spokane. The neighborhood is very nice and a half block to the river. The visiting peacocks were a plus each morning.

We loved this property for its location and vacinity to the parks. More kitchen supplies would have been good.

This property is beautiful and in a wonderful location. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet close enough to enjoy everything Spokane has to offer. Our family was comfortable in this wonderful home and it's incredible sport court backyard.

We definitely enjoyed this property and will stay here again! Love the open space concept and unique touches. I loved that it's dog friendly and has a large yard. The pictures don't do it justice.

Excellent spot, cool walking area, but as another reviewer mentioned, bring your own steak knives, otherwise all excellent. Thanks for a good time.

We reserved this house very last minute and we were so glad we did! We wish we would have had more time there. I would highly recommend this place.

Great home to get your family together. Large fenced back yard. Great location.

It was a fun unique place with a great backyard! The only downsides were that the bed I slept in had a pretty deep sag and so I had difficulty sleeping (and the stand alone air conditioners were having trouble keeping up with the heat). And we brought steaks to grill but there were no steak knives to be found, and the butcher knives were pretty dull. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us though, and the place was tidy and clean.

Amazing space in a great location! Just a block away from the river with the perfect backyard for a group of guys to keep themselves endlessly entertained. Clean, well-equipped, nicely kept yard, and fast communication from the owner. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the sport court with our boys, and the house is well appointed. Nice kitchen, patio, bbq, and spacious rooms. Little warm upstairs, but the air coolers helped tremendously. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

I’ll just the the property itself was beautiful. Way more breathtaking in person the pictures don’t even do it’s justice. Overall it was a pretty great experience we got to bring our whole family even our dog was able to come & have a great time. I would definitely rent again we might have to come back before summer ends.

Great location right by Riverside Park. Easy access to everything. House was great for our family get together, lots of room for hanging out. Neighborhood peacocks are very entertaining.
