Location wise its fantastic cant fault that. Although the neighbours were very very loud and kept me and partner awake most of the night unfortunately. The kitchen was basic and the cleanliness of the apartment was a huge let down. pulled at least 3 snotty tissues out from inside the sofa. The tv remote did not work at all so again myself and my partner had nothing to relax too in the evenings. Shamefully I will not be back here and will continue to give a bad review for these reasons. I have stayed in far better places for a whole lot less than I have had to pay for this. I and my partner are not happy about the overall experience. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere this place is just not worth the money they are asking.

We did not like the neighbours far too loud We did not like the fact that the sofa had snotty tissues stuck down the insides of the arms (Cleaner should have cleaned these?) We did not like that the tv controls were not working (surely these should have been checked prior to us arriving) The kitchen amenities were basic, Glasses were not very clean and the cups were atrocious coffee stained and marked beyond belief

Being given the wrong codes ( twice) to the parking garage and the property was unprofessional . If we hadn't found the caretaker the already stressful situation could have been worse. A matter that needs addressing immediately!

Very spacious apartment with amazing views of the Thames and Canary Wharf. Leafy neighbourhood with lots of paths for walking and running. Ferry to Canary Wharf at the Double Tree Hilton next door. Bus stop nearby. Convenient for extended stays in the Canada Water / Rotherhithe area.

This apartment has two toilets. One was faulty and did not stop flushing for several days. After contacting the property management service Houst to fix the problem, a plumber was promised, but did not come during our 8 day stay, At this location you are very reliant on bus C10 to go anywhere. The ferry to Canary Wharf is expensive (about GBP 5 for just a 3 minute boat trip).

Well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff on hand. Warm clean and comfortable.

The view was amazing! It was good to have two bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. Good location.

The cups were dirty when we arrived with dark stains. The neighbours were very noisy till about 11:30 at night.
