Está muy bien situado. Enfrente del centro y muy cerca del Metro. Además, Borough Market a 5 minutos. El hotel es correcto, habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. La cama un poco pequeña y la TV no era satélite. El desayuno muy bien. Amplió de horario y muy completo.

Pues el personal (con excepciones) muy poco amable. En especial a nuestra llegada, las recepcionistas corrigiendo nuestro humilde inglés, sin hacerse entender ni el mínimo esfuerzo por entendernos. Entras de noche a recepción y ni buena noches. El último día, eso sí, para el Check Out, una recepcionista MAJISIMA y muy simpática. El personal de cafetería también muy amable.

Room was very good. Breakfast was good.

Sink water did not run away very quickly in the bathroom. We didn’t have time to wait for it to clear.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the tube and other attractions.

The carpet was really gross in the room and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Room is rather dark

The staff was amazing, always with a smile on their faces and accommodating all the needs. The cleaning crew is doing a terrific job, as the room was always spotless. It has a great location within 10 minutes walk to the underground. The area is quiet and with a lot of restaurants nearby. There are stores across the street should you need to buy anything. You can rent umbrellas at the location for a very small amount. Although they were reworking the façade, there was no dust or noise during morning or evening. Rooms, though small, have big and comfy beds. There is a sofa in the double room that when opened becomes a double bed.

There is a smell throughout the hotel, whose origin could not detect. The breakfast, while very tasty, has very limited diversity. There is a very small space for clothes, I did not even unpack as there were only shelves, not a closet per sé.
