The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable, There are kitchen facilities which we didn't use in the end, as you'd need things like cooking oil etc. Instructions for collecting the keys from the lock box were very precise.

The internet was not working for the whole 2 days, which caused us major problems as we needed to do some work. Concept Apartments said they'd call us back 3x regarding the wifi issue but never did until we escalated the issue to Booking.com. Issue was never resolved in our time there. The road noise is bad from the bus stops and traffic outside. Slept very badly. Could do with some side tables by the bed and bedside lights instead of the harsh overhead ceiling lights. Appartement très propre et bien placé à proximité du métro

Manque d’équipement (serviettes de rechange, sac poubelle, draps, balayette etc) À noter : Appartement au 4eme étage sans ascenseur et avec des escaliers très étroits !

La posizione è ottima, l’appartamento piccolo ma confortevole. Pieno di supermercati e ristoranti ottimi. Metro a due passi e la navetta per gli aereoporti vicinissima.

Magari un paio di asciugamani in più, un cestino più grande. Mettere olio sale e pepe fa sempre comodo. Ma per il resto tutto okay.

The bed was comfy, the apartment was clean, the checkin easy. Tube station was less than 5 minutes away by foot.

The apartment is tiny, stairs very steep, staff hard to reach, extremely noisy (construction work inside and outside at the moment). Very busy road, the house shakes when trolleys drive by (which is all day and all night). If you are a great sleeper I can recomment this place. :) There was no cutlery whatsoever in the apartment and no bin (except a very small one in the bathroom). I read that other occupants asked for cutlery before, but they still haven't supplied any.
