It's a stunning apartment. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfy beds. Very modern bathroom.

I realize now that Kolonaki was a bit too far from the city center for us. We stayed in Plaka on our return and liked being in the hustle and bustle. This more residential which might be what you are looking for. Also, is was very LOUD. We had to buy earplugs to sleep at night. You could hear every conversation of people walking by and we were on the second floor.

The openness and airiness of the apartment. The neighborhood. The communication from the host. We went on to book another apartment from this same host as they are clearly exceptional, and will look to use them on our annual return to Athens.

Got the keys from a young lady, introduced us to the house… nice smell and clean… everything is there… AC split units, comfy beds.. average size bedrooms, plenty of towels, sheets and pillows. Had a bottle of water in the fridge, wash machine and dryer 👍🏻 Tiny balcony is the only drawback, but you still get to enjoy the beautiful view.. close to lots of restaurants and cafés, close by parking and just 5 minutes walk from Lukavitos.. we enjoyed our stay. The area is safe and secured, lots of police officers in the streets at all times… Athena the manager was so lovely, and helped a lot. Highly recommended, paid 1217€ for six days.. make sure you visit restaurants down the street, the food and the staff are amazing. Enjoy it

200 euros a night is much more than one should pay for this level of accommodation. 110-140 sounds more appropriate.

Great location! Easy to arrange meetup with hosts for the keys. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and recently renovated. Can't recommend it enough.

We loved everything, from the apartment to the location to the lovely host. The unit had been recently renovated and I think we might have been the first occupants. Everything was so clean and well appointed. LOVED IT!

The hot water was limited, because there was still the old system of water heater tank. But the plumbing was beautiful.

The property was stunning and had everything you may need, looked exactly like the pictures. Absolutely spotless and we could walk everywhere which was super helpful given the traffic. The hostess was great - very helpful and the key pick up/drop off was smooth.

It was noisy in the evenings but to be expected given the central location.
