We had amazing week at Seagrass 5. The property is very clean and well equipped. The views from the decks are beautiful. We sat out back for hours watching the birds and kids crab. The owner was very informative of happenings in Ocean City and answered all questions quickly. We kids loved the bunk bed and we loved the comfortable king bed. The condo is located within walking/driving distance of everything. Can’t wait to stay at Seagrass 5 again!

We had a total of 7 family member's that stayed in this unit. It was plenty of room. No complaints at all with our stay or the unit. Very easy parking and great views out the bayside. Very happy and would definitely highly consider choosing Sea Grass for our next OC vacation.

I have stayed at dozens of properties over the years in OCMD and Delaware beaches. This was the nicest by far. The place is so CLEAN! Location is great with dock off bay to watch sunsets. Updated so nicely. And just little extras for the price….bed and bath linens included. Well stocked kitchen. I stayed with my 15 year old daughter and her friend. The girls loved the room with the bunk beds. Layout good for a family. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at tour Condo. The weather was perfect. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the Bay eating crabs and pizza. We also saw a Red Fox in the Bay searching for breakfast. Looking forward to another stay in October.

Relaxing Stay!
We had such a wonderful time at Seagrass #5! We came down for the tail end of spring break for my kids and loved unwinding and spending time together as a family. The home is well-stocked with games and DVD’s. Access to fast internet and YouTubeTV was much appreciated. My kids made use of Disney+ the entire time. Many places simply don’t have tv or internet during the off season, so it was awesome to have it. Easy walking distance to a nice playground for the kids and STELLAR views of the sunset off the back deck. My husband and I enjoyed having coffee in the morning and then cocktails in the evening on the back deck after the kids went to bed. Jason was super communicative and offered us some ideas of things to do in the area for the holiday weekend. He also hid two Easter eggs for my boys, and they LOVED looking for them. We’ll definitely return to Seagrass #5 in the future! Thank you!

Everything we needed
This is a lovely property in a convenient location. I loved that it had everything we needed, including sheets and towels, soap, kitchen supplies, games, and a hose to wash off our feet when we came back from the beach. For the art lover in our family, there was a cool mural next to the table and an art gallery down the street. For the kid, a loft bed and a nearby playground. Loved the quiet deck with a beautiful view. Also close to a grocery store, very convenient. Good communication with the host via text. The only downside was a few things could have been a little cleaner, but overall a great place.

Great stay
Second time staying at seagrass . Perfect location and set up . Love coming home from the beach to watch the sunset . I had to take a couple of work phone call but the quiet morning views of the bay made them go very smooth . And the host Jason is so helpful . We plan to stay there again. Keep up the good work!

Stunning OC Bay Views
My family and I rented Seagrass #5 the week of 7/19/21. It’s a super busy and fun time of year to be in OC but this place is such a peaceful and scenic break from the beach and boardwalk. The view from the back deck is simply beautiful. Lots of room for a family in this unit and the owner was very attentive to our needs. We love how this unit is located in a great spot, a short walk to the beach and to the grocery store/coffee shop. Also my teen boys loved that there was a basketball court in the neighborhood. They enjoyed a lot of pick up games. Thank you Jason for your hospitality.

Girls weekend!
I recently stayed at Sea Grass for a bachelorette weekend. It exceeded our expectations. This gorgeous property had plenty of room for all of us, a great kitchen, convenient parking, and was in a quiet, peaceful location. After our long days out, we enjoyed having coffee and conversation out on the back dock, while taking in the view of the wildlife and the Seagrass. I would visit again!

Inaccurate online description
The boat slip advertised in the listing was being rented out unbeknownst to us. We brought a jetski down and were unable to tie it up to the slip because there was a boat taking up the whole slip. When I asked the owner about it he nonchalantly told me that he had rented it out to someone else and that I never mentioned to him about bringing down a jetski therefore he thought it would be fine. He then told me to use the slip next to them (#4) which had a boat lift in it and the power shut off, so we were unable to use that. At that point for all our troubles he offered to give only a $100 back. We used this property the year before and had zero issues. Not sure if we’ll be renting this place in years to come.

Nothing Short of Amazing
My friends and I came to Sea Grass #5 for a Bachelorette weekend getaway. When we first walked into the property, we were all blown away with how perfect the space was. It was very clean and beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice. We were all very happy with our stay there. Jason was very responsive and helped us to have the best weekend possible. He made sure that we were all taken care of and offered great places to go to dinner or hang out at. It was such a peaceful and fun weekend. We all enjoyed sitting on the dock with our feet in the water (we even saw Otter's in the morning). I could not recommend Sea Grass #5 enough to anyone. Such a great experience.

Peaceful Haven
Sea Grass was a breath of fresh air - literally and figuratively . The property sits amid a quiet condo/townhouse row on a quiet street (94th) and sits on-top of an open area of sea grass and water. It’s gorgeous and you can view many different kinds of birds and see the fog and clouds roll in/out. As many visitors have said, although the pictures online are fully accurate, the space is even more wonderful in-person - it’s very clean, there are personal touches everywhere (labels above lights, tons and tons of supplies (towels, sheets, paper towels, cleaning supplies and oh so much more..), power strips next to the beds to charge phones or devices if needed, area maps and guides and games.
The location is right on 94th which is considered North Ocean City and is very quiet. It’s walking distance to the beach or free beach parking is a at the end of the street. There is a very large grocery store (ACME) also on the street, a local restaurant and coffee shop. It’s convenient to anything you’d want to do in the Ocean City area.
I can’t say enough good things about the hosts who are communicative, have a super easy check in/out process and kindly checked in through our stay. They were AMAZING. Can’t wait to stay again! THANK YOU!

Peaceful retreat with lovely view and convenient location
My fiance and I planned a last-minute trip to get away for a week before the weather gets bad. We decided to head south, to the coast of Maryland, where the temperature was still warm. After much research, we focused in on the lovely Sea Grass #5, and its reviews convinced us that this was the place for us. Our registration was quick and easy, access to the unit was simple, and parking was available right outside. Upon entry we could see that everything in the unit was exactly as advertised, that it was clean and well appointed, and that the charming view of the back bay was very special. Any questions we had for Jason during our stay were promptly and fully answered, and he was so kind and thoughtful that he suggested we might like to attend the last Sundae in the Park outdoor concert of the summer at the nearby park. He even made special accommodation for us at a lovely restaurant right on the Ocean City boardwalk. The unit afforded us a wonderful view from the living room, master bedroom and deck, and we were thrilled to spend time watching egrets and a Great Blue Heron who spent hours in the sea grass. The king-size bed was firm and comfortable, a rare treat in a vacation rental, and the location of the unit was great as a jumping off point for our day trips to Assateague National Park, Berlin, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. Our days were filled with sightseeing, shopping, dining, and beach activities, and we really liked having this quiet, peaceful unit to return to each evening. Having the Ocean City Arts Center down the street, where we enjoyed the galleries and gift shop, was an added bonus. Thank you, Jason, for enabling us to enjoy your delightful property for our week of vacation. We certainly picked the right rental!
