Easy to find place and check in process. Great communication. Would definitely recommend this place.

Good location nice big apartments.

We were very disappointed in the checking in, arrived after midnight to find lockbox was very hard to open and then when opened there were no keys to property for both units as we had previously organised before arrival.

Loud thumping music till very late 3:00am somewhere in the building on the friday. Would have been nice if there were 1 or 2 coffee pods I could have used the first morning to use the coffee machine. Bathroom sink was nearly blocked and the curtains need to be refitted

It was clean, comfortably furnished and roomy, generealy comfortable.

Collecting of the keys from a local shop. The general maintenance, three of the four lamps in the bedroom were not working and the light outside the door which is very dark. One of the kitchen cupboards had a broken hinge. WE booked a parking place and were given a bay number to find someone else was parking there so had to contact the owner who was very good and found us another place. We had just driven for 7 hours and could have done without the hassle.

Great location, spacious and have all you need for short stays. Owner was very caring, followed up with several emails to ensure our stays are all good.

The location is good with walking distance to main bus station, supermarkets and main attractions. Room is quite comfortable.

The Wifi is poor. There was hair in showroom. No proper kitchen only a microwave and a toaster.

The location can't be beat (our windows looked down into the tram station). Bedding was very comfortable. The living room was spacious. We had two bathrooms and the bedroom slept four (one double bed, one bunkbed). Communication with the hosts was good. There were lots of nice extra touches such as good quality soaps, tourist brochures and a very detailed binder with info on local travel, restaurants, earthquake and safety tips, etc.

We had to collect the key card from the person working in the convenience store inside Cathedral Junction. It all worked out just fine, and the instructions were all very clear, but I was just a bit nervous about what would have happened if our train had been delayed or something like that and the store was closed. How easy would it have been to contact the hosts and make a last minute plan to get the key card? That I don't know. The bathroom fans were noisy, though thankfully they did shut off on their own after awhile.

Very disorganised procedures. The information supplied in the room is outdated by their own admission. They only told me where I can store my luggage AFTER I left and claimed it was my responsibility to organise it in advance of arriving - I was not told this and have never seen this policy in my many travels. They also blamed me for everything because I apparently didn't fill out a form they never sent me (why you would need an extra form on top of booking.com is beyond me). The check in procedure was by collecting a card at a local convenience store and the staff there when I arrived didn't know anything about it so I had to come back later. In addition to all this I had to ask them to send me my receipt because they don't do it automatically. They kept sending me messages with dead links instead.. The most disorganised place I've stayed in for a very long time.
