The pool was nice, it didn’t seem to hectic and nice places to eat without walking distance.

Breakfast was good and the room to move around and sit was good as well. I had the cereal, muffin, and potatoes. Juice choices were good and they had several toppings for the waffle maker. Glad to see they had chocolate chip muffins

Breakfast was awesome! Everything was fresh, hot and plentiful. The staff was always checking on the food and kept the food area very clean. They were also very friendly and accommodating, a pleasure to see each morning!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was convenient, short walk to the free historical trolley. So many restaurants to choose from. The free shuttle to the cruise port was a bonus, very helpful driver.

The hotel reception staff were the best ever. They helped me print out my parking voucher and brought my husband’s cell phone to the cruise ship when he left it at the hotel. Lovely, kind people… exactly what you need when traveling. We are so thankful to the staff. They went beyond any hotel staff l have ever experienced. Very thankful and grateful.

Petit déjeuner très décevant...pas assez de choix, pas assez de place dans la salle, obligation de faire la queue pour se servir! La chambre n'a pas été faite chaque jour! La ventilation de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Au prix de la nuit, on s'attendait à mieux.

The room was clean, comfortable and updated. The staff were all awesome! They answered all the questions and were very accommodating which was a relief! Thank you ladies and gentleman.

There were 3 elevators, however every time we had to wait a while to go up or down. Hot tea was wack. At almost $400 a night I think Hampton inn cam spring for tazo, twining or fresh Lipton tea bags, even if Starbucks is adjacent.

The staff was amazing! They were so helpful and kind. They were always smiling and happy to help us with any questions or requests. The hotel was clean and neat. The breakfast was delicious and with lots of choices. The pool was beautiful and clean. We will definitely go back.

WOW WOW WOW - this hotel leads the way when it comes to customer service and comfort. The staff were really friendly and helpful on check-in and the room was lovely when we got there. We had an issue we needed to sort and our phone was not working with US numbers so one of the front desk staff lent us her phone so we could sort the issue, we were appreciative of this as it was a huge issue from our previous hotel. The location is excellent; CVS is across the street, 12 minutes from the nearby dock area which has great restaurants and bars. A Very Walkable area, safe and parking on site (charged) The room was super comfy - we were sad to leave it.

Air conditioning stayed blowing even thought the thermostat was set to off - not a biggie but I would have preferred the silence. No impact on me returning to this great hotel

Close proximity to river walk. Shuttle to cruise port and an excellent breakfast that was included in the price of the room.

The bed and pillows were a bit soft for my preference.

Very very noisy. You could hear the vehicles squeal by until 4 am, the people on our floor were slamming their doors, talking and laughing loudly in the halls until 3:30 am, for a place you could absolutely get no sleep in, I felt it was not worth what we paid.

The Hotel was fine - A good room with an excellent bed

The breakfast was very poor indeed, almost non-existent, with extremely limited choice. We ended up just having coffee. We are widely travelled all over the world - This was the worst breakfast we have ever experienced.
