Enjoy having all the amenities needed so we don’t have to bring everything. Enjoy the ski/mud room too! Always very kind and polite as well as prompt with a response. One of the reasons we continue to book with your company, as well as the ease of process.

Great property for the amount of beds, kitchen a bit small, location awesome, definitely need 4 wheels when there's snow.
Would rent again ( our decision would be based on numbers of guests and how many had 4 wheel drive) Becky is awesome as always!

Lovely home with a perfect location. Definitely be prepared for the drive up to the house in snowy conditions. Being right on the slope was fabulous. Becky was wonderful to work with, as usual.

Overall, we had an enjoyable trip and the family/living room really made the family experience...which is what it's all about. We loved being able to see our kids/grandkids skiing and them being able to stop and wave.
This was our first ever Ski In-Ski Out rental and we expected more for the price point. Not having easy access to the slope really bummed us out..I feel like if these details were listed, we would have looked into another property.

Property was very nice and spacious. Large and spacious for our 2 big families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication was great and every question answered. Ww had trouble with lights at the cabin, and they were promptly fixed.

We had the best weekend! Thank you! I didn't have much contact with the team other than receiving a few e-mails. I did e-mail back once (to Becky) and never got a response. It wasn't a big deal, but that could definitely be improved.

The property was big enough to fit everyone and the dogs. We had a great time and enjoyed the multiple decks and hot tub. It was overall a great stay. Everyone at Mountaintop Reality was super friendly and helpful. We had a great long weekend at this property and will def use Mountaintop Reality again when renting.

We overall enjoyed the stay and would consider renting again because the location the slopes was unbeatable, but we suggest that the bedding/linens and towels need to be updated. Some of the mattresses are very uncomfortable, the sheets are all old and some were rough, and the comforters are too thin. The driveway is also a problem. Both of our parties had SUVs (we drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee) and when it snowed the driveway turned into a sheet of ice and neither car could get up. The driveway would need to be maintained, or someone add street side parking for when it is not possible to drive up. No issues, prompt answers to emails.

could not get in the driveway due to ice. Dog poop on the deck. Ice maker not working. No water pressure. Difficulty with internet. Property manager offered no help with these issues. No cabinet handles so you couldn't open the doors. This house also has extremely narrow dangerous steps to the loft. You need to climb a hill to get to the ski slope. Stay somewhere else.

The rental property needs some TLC. I had inquired about the hot tub prior to our arrival and received a vague answer about whether it would be in service. When we arrived, the hot tub was full of snow and ice and was not running. A repair man shows up the day before we were leaving to service it. Needless to say it was not ready for use before our departure. The living room couch is disgusting. The cushions literally have 6 inch butt dents on all but two cushions. Multiple light switches are missing, the living room blinds are broken, carpets are dirty. We were supposed to have firewood, there was none. The location is beautiful but the house needs work. I would not rent again.

Great place at a good price The team were excellent. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. A pleasure to work with. Great chalet up in the mountains. Excellent accommodation for our group of 8 motorcyclists. We had 8 individual beds and it could accommodate up to 12. Reasonable price.

The house was really wonderful. If I go back to Timberline again, I would definitely consider Ski Inn. The outside flood lights weren't working (probably burned out). I am glad I could find a snow shovel as I had to shovel the steps to the front door. It would be nice if more of the light switches were labeled. Becky was quick with most responses. Once I learned how few trails were open at Timberline, I asked if I could switch to another weekend next season. The first response was no. I replied back begging a little more, but never got a response. I was expecting to hear no but never got a response at all. It would have been nice to hear back. I wasn't sure if she was contacting the owners or just ignoring me.

The house itself is very large with a lot of space for everyone. The mudroom in the basement is very convenient when coming in with wet ski gear. My only complaint is that the bedding could use an update, consider bringing your own pillows. The driveway is very steep and not maintained, an SUV is an absolute must and bring chains if you have them, we were not able to drive our Grand Cherokee up the driveway when it snowed.

The perfect fall weekend to get together with our adult kids and our granddaughter. The property was nice, needs some updates and the kitchen/ eating area was very tiny for a family of 8. But it worked ok. Loved being able to step out the door and walk the skiing path! Sleeping arrangements were ok too. Our daughter, son-in-law, and their18 month old were comfortable having the ground floor to themselves since it had a bedroom, full bath, and a little room for the pack n play. There are all baseboard heaters so be aware if you have small children. I suggest someone check all the lights bc there are lots of burnt out bulbs. Would be great if the TV in the main living area was upgraded to a bigger one, it's pretty small when you have lots of people trying to watch a football game! The hot tub is beautiful and it's wonderful that it's in an enclosed space with lots of windows and skylights! I'm sure it's fantastic in the winter too!!
