The room was clean and the Hotel was near a mall and Binondo restaurants. Love! Love! Love!
The room was quite small but for its price it was understandable.

Unfortunately, the hotel stay was short, only a few hours, because we had a transfer flight to another location. The hotel has a good location, it is close to the market and in a fairly safe location.

Value for money. Excellent location and very near old Binondo plus you get to go around a modern mall where shopping and more eating is plenty.
Staff are very friendly. The room is ok and clean.
From the hotel you can take a tricycle, jeepney or taxi.
More coffee and tea packets please.

Breakfast is delicious. The staff are very accommodating. The room is clean and the aircon is cold.
They just provide one big towel, no hand towel and floor mat for the toilet. You have to change elevator from the main floor to the reception floor, then from the reception to the room floor. The scent of the lobby smells the typical chinese incense.

The location is so good coz its near Divisoria 168 and 999 mall and beside Lucky Chinatown mall … You have lots of choices of restaurant around the area. The room are clean and spacious and the upgrade is so worth it. Staff are amazing ,they’re very attentive and helpful. Of all the hotels I booked in the past this is the first time that I heard no issue from my mom and that’s make me happy .

* Great location. Free Parking. Good options in the breakfast. Comfortable and pleasant stay overall, with kind and servicial staff.
* Nothing extraordinary but at the same time better than most hotels around in the area.
* The WiFi connection dropped frequently but allowed me to have a work call.
* There is no direct access from the parking to the Hotel, you have to go walk up the ramp and then to the hotel, so not recommended for senior citizens or people with disabilities who can't walk uphill.

Breakfast was superb, body massage was relaxing, and it's an excellent location for shopping and recreation. Parking is also available for guests, and the hotel staffs were very accommodating.

I wish the windows have a sheer white second layer curtain to be able to bring light to the room but with some privacy.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and tidy. Handy location jeepney and tuk tuk station is right at the door step, food alley and shopping mall is right next to the hotel. Room is totally soundproofed despite the hotel located on a busy Manila road.
Design of elevator, need to take 2 separate lifts to get to rooms.
