The room is very dirty, I found a cockroach in first room 305 then I asked to change , staff charge room to 501 , First i saw room is good but after i take a shower i found another one of cockroach in room but I'm so tried that why i just kill and go to bed another problem is around 11 am someone from Housekeeping opened my room without knocking the door use the key to open directly is very upset for this experience to stay here but after check out the staff just say sorry and ask me to discount for room charge in 150 THB. but i think should be refunded 50% of room charge someone open my room is very big problem and no privacy in this hotel

Everything is fine and nice for the price. I love that they have all the toiletries and towels prepared so that I don't need to carry mine.

A little bit of poor location. You may need comfortable shoes for a walk, to MRT, to eateries, to convenient stores, etc. Also the bathroom seems a bit old (room no. 309). They could do better next time.

I reserved a room for my parents, who suffer from knee issues. As my parents were anxious, I sent a special request to the hotel. The staff was quick to respond and offered a room that met my parents' requirements. My parents were well looked after by the staff during their stay. They were so pleased with the hotel service and requested me to book a room in this place every time they had to travel to that area.

It is not expensive but clean. the staff is nice.

It is actually kind of a high end motel.
