the rooms were extremely good at the price, all the facilities, big balcony , view from the room, food everything was so good. loved the place.

The room was spacious, food was delicious.

Had to call and request staffs to come and clean the room when water reached under the balcony windows. Some of the waiters were angry and upset most of the times. All staffs enter the rooms with their shoes or slippers when we are supposed to remove them when we stay.

The location is right on the beach and in the heart of everything. The staff are friendly.

Poor breakfast, Cleanliness is ok but not up to the standard. TV is there without connection. The beach is not there anymore as shown in the photos. It has disappeared to the sea. They do not have generator to support power cut. Staff never bother to help me to get the luggages in to my vehicle. However brought it down from 1st floor to ground floor since there are no lift. This is how the our hotels treat locals though they did not have any foreign guest these days.

The hotel is in a great, central location which makes moving around Hikkaduwa easy. The bedroom itself had a beautiful beach view and it was lovely to hear the crashing waves. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and it was a comfortable nights sleep. there was a pleasant swimming pool and deck area to enjoy.

There was no lift, so taking luggage to the third floor was difficult. Within this challenging period for Sri Lanka, the hotel doesn’t have a generator, so power will go out during cuts. When you are paying a lower rate, that is to be expected, but something to be aware of when booking.

The Hotel was very good located and we loved the rooms. The staff and the manager were very kind and helpful

The price hotel was overpriced and the transfer of a taxi, too (usually a transfer from the airport cost 40 dollars ). We have seen a cockroach in the bath. Despite the fact that the hotel has a generator during the days when has been a power cut nobody is switched on it (But we asked the manager about this ).

Size of the room was good. Lobby is nice.

Could hear the sound from the next door room though. The pictures on the listing look way more nicer than the place. SO a bit misleading. The pool was downright dirty and poorly maintained. Building was overall run down. No lift and they have set their own rules for electricity which is not acceptable. Staff is not 100% attentive. Toiletries were not enough. Sofa set in the room was filthy. Some of the cushions had a bad smell.

The view was awesome! Friendly personnel. Very good location.

The food in a hotel's restaurant is a disaster.

The hotel was big and was in a great location. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely nice and so were the rooms. It was nice to have a big room, big balcony, and a bathtub.

The place was really good, clean and attractive. On the other hand, hotel staff is also friendly. Highly recommend for people who wish to relax and experience a good stay.

Beachfront location, very large room and very comfortable bed! Good views from balcony, one of the waiters was very nice and friendly, we enjoyed talking to him.

Whole hotel is run down, could do with a refresh. We didn't mind this however but small improvements are needed. One evening we were enjoying a couple of beers by the pool the time was 930pm and we were just given a bill and all lights turned off, felt very uncomfortable and felt was a bit rude, not even asked to leave just given bill to go up to room and sat in dark!?! Would also say floors need a better clean

Rooms are quiet big, with big balcony, marvelous ocean view, quite location right on the beach and a very good bar is nearby. AC is very silent and comfortable, bathroom is big with an inner window and new sanitary ware.

The floor in the room was dirty when we arrived, it was cleaned after we asked it on reception. Breakfast was quite poor (2eggs, cereals or toasts, tea or coffee, fruits or fresh juice). there is no elevator in hotel.

Hotel located just on the beach. Double rooms are pretty big and comfortable. in single rooms there pretty enough space for 1 person, but interior of single rooms strange a bit, like whole room consist of corners inside. There are private bar on the beach for breakfasts, dinners or just relaxing with the beer/wine/cocktails. Hotel is pretty clean for SriLanka and kept well. Ocean is very noisy by night, but if you want to fall asleep by the sound of the waves, then this right for you! Top Secret beach night club is just nearby, but there is crowded mostly by Fri-Sun nights only. Nevertheless hotel is located a bit apart from Hikkaduwa center, there is just 5-10 min walking distance to main supermarket SANDAGIRI, turtle beach, central bus station. Of course you can rent a scooter and be absolutely independent of transportations. Cafe, bars, open-air restaurants are everywhere. Please be careful with sanitising responsibility in most of eating places, but overall it easy to find where to eat & drink in Hikkaduwa safe.
