We absolutely loved the condo. Perfect location. Amazing views. We were worried at first that being on the first floor would obstruct our views, but that was not the case at all. It was perfect. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with Veronica was super easy. The nicest host we’ve ever had. I think we are now spoiled for first floor vacationing.

We enjoyed staying in the beautiful condo. It has an amazing view! The condo is well stocked with all needed accessories. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. My only complaint would be not having an exit on the beach side you must walk around the building. Other than that it is perfect.

We had an amazing week! Your condo was so well stocked and wonderfully decorated. I was very impressed with the amount of towels, wash clothes, hand towels. Also, having hand soap at every sink was such a nice chsnge. I brought hand soap with me for the bathrooms because I am not use to there being any. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for anything ☺️. You can’t beat the location of your condo! It made going to the beach a breeze and if we forgot anything it was a quick walk to go get it. I’m beyond thankful for your willingness to rent out your beach home!

We had a great stay. Condo is exactly as it appears in pictures. Living room/kitchen was alot smaller than I expected. The bunk room was very small for 3 teenagers ages 17, 18, & 18, would be ideal for small children. Rugs are all in need of a good cleaning but, I do understand it's peek season. I am very particular about that kind of detail, others might not notice. Not a lot of space for clothes in all rooms. Master suite and 2nd bedroom have closet space but only a few hangers. So we left everything in our suitcases all week. Bunk room has 2 drawers under bottom bunk but not a lot of space for clothes.

We had four adults and one four month old infant. The condo was spotless and so cute!! We enjoyed the deck with the large table and ate dinner there several times. We loved the close proximity to the beach. The weather was awesome every day and we had so much fun. Liked being close to the grocery store and so many restaurants. We would highly recommend this host and her amazing condo.

This was a delightful condo full of comfort and charm. It is right on the beach practically. The beds, linens, towels were superb. The views stunning. The Host was incredibly kind and responsive. The pictures on line are exactly what you see with the exception that the quality of the furnishings, fixtures etc surpass what you can see in the pictures. The bunk bed room is smaller than it looks on line but everything else is spot on. Such a wonderful location too. And it was really nice to be in a smaller building. We didn’t hear any of our neighbors once inside. This was our first time staying on the first floor of a building and we loved the ease of it. There is even a 10” parking spot right at the condo’s door so you can unpack with ease. I highly recommend choosing this condo. And thank you Veronica for being a wonderful host!

This was our first time to Orange Beach and we really enjoyed our stay! Veronica was very responsive and gave us all of the information we needed to easily check in. The location was perfect and we loved having a bottom, corner unit. The beach and the views from the patio were stunning and we would really love to stay here again!

We rent in Orange Beach 2 to 3 times a year. Have never stayed on first floor before. Enjoyed it immensely. No fuss parking, or elevators, etc.
Condo immaculate & as described. Loved all windows and sliding doors. Can hear the ocean so clearly. Communication with owner was great. Was readily available for any questions. Perfect size and amenities. Beds extremely comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Would definitely rent this place again. My husband loved it as you could not see condos

Veronica has a wonderful condo and a great host. We loved being on the lower floor on the beach for the week of Thanksgiving. It was wonderful to be able to open the large sliding doors and enjoy the view from the condo. The location is great with restaurants, grocery and shopping very close by for your every needs. Staying in for lunches and Thanksgiving dinner was no problem with kitchen well stocked with the tools we needed.

We loved our stay! We traveled with individuals ranging from 70s to 3 years old and the condo was perfect for everyone. The view can’t be beat and it is so great to be on the ground floor for access to the beach and pool. The condo had everything we could need for cooking in & we appreciated all the kid items as well. Beautiful condo on ground floor. Easy access to pool and beach but also quiet. Fantastic view of ocean. The outdoor pool is on other end of condo, so nothing to block view and very quiet. First time for us on the ground floor. What a difference that made as we never had to use an elevator or stairs. So convenient. The condo was beautiful and had been recently remodeled. Everything was in great working order. Very comfortable. The owner was readily available via text and had her maintenance person replace batteries without us asking. :-) Another plus is not having to use a key to get into condo. We had a code so all of us could get in without having to keep up with keys. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!! Thank you.

Let me start by saying the location of this condo is top notch. It’s right by beach access & pool access!! It was very easy clean up when leaving the beach and we had ample room for our tent, table, and chairs. The view this condo has is outta this world!! It was the cleanest and best smelling place my family and I’ve ever stayed at. We were super impressed with absolutely every aspect. Veronica was very informative and responded super quickly when I messaged her with questions. Can’t wait to be back!!

Very nice, close access to beach. Clean condo, comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Washer and dryer was great being able to not have piles of dirty laundry to bring home. Would highly recommend. The digital door lock was nice not having to deal w/ keeping up w/ keys for entry.

The room was exactly as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, the unit was spotless. Owner very helpful and responsive to all questions. The first floor location was extremely convenient. The pool was closed for much of our trip so I can’t comment on the pool. However, beach access and grills were literally around the corner. We had a phenomenal time on our vacation to Silver Beach 101 and would definitely recommend.

The furnishings were new, modern, very stylish, and very clean. Everything we needed was there. We had no issues with any of the furnishings. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.

We had a WONDERFUL vacation at this absolutely beautiful home in Orange Beach! We have stayed in several places along the gulf coast over the years (2 others in Orange Beach) and this is by far the best location for beach access! We had two littles under the age of 5 and it was super convenient for frequent trips back and forth from the beach and pool. The first floor views from the condo are breathtaking and we enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners on our patio listening to the waves. The condo came fully equipped with everything we could have needed and the owners were very responsive. We will definitely be coming back here next year!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely beachfront condo, during our spring break trip this year. The owner is super sweet and quick to message back, and the property has all the amenities you could ever need! You won’t find a better view at the beach! Plus we felt right at home with the comforts of this condo. We didn’t want to leave after sleeping on those amazing beds!! Would love to book this unit again.

I’d love to say “don’t rent” but that would only be so we could use it again! The location is PERFECT. We traveled with our two young children so being on the ground floor was ideal. The condo has wonderful amenities and was truly comfortable. We all slept great each night, it was wonderfully clean, and the area is so safe.
We are looking forward to going back! Thank you for allowing us to use your space. It truly made our vacation enjoyable.

From the time we walked in, we fell in love with this unit. It’s first floor location gives it a very “beach house feel” with a lower angle view of the beach. It is not however, hidden behind high dunes, so you still get to see the surf as well as the sand of the beach.
The unit is decorated Very nicely!. I’m sure that my wife said a dozen times, “I love the decoration of this unit. The owner clearly put a lot of thought & time into it.”
Overall, it was an excellent stay, we look forward to staying here again in the future. We have no criticism at all. if you can get this one, we highly recommend that you do- you’ll be happy with your time here.

We went in the off season. It was an amazing trip with zero crowds. Great experience! We watched dolphins from the deck. Nice furnishings. Clear communication. No issues. Loved everything about it.

HI! DO not hesitate booking this condo!! Not only is the condo perfect in every way, but the host Mrs. Veronica is one of the sweetest, most caring and helpful hosts that we have rented from. She truly cared that we had everything we needed for our stay. She even asked about my family and their needs!! RUN! DON'T WALK to rent this condo! I would give it 100 STARS!! AND Mrs. Veronica 1,000 STARS!! The distance from the beach to the condo is perfect as well!! Everything you need is within walking/driving distance. The condo was in pristine condition as well. PERFECT STAY!!

I’m honestly not quite sure where to start with my review. Maybe by saying, just book it. Don’t question it, just hit that book button. You will NOT regret it.
We were a group of two seperate families. Both with 2 year olds, and both with new babies (a 4.5 month old and a 2 month old)… we had more then enough space! The condo had a pack n play, so that was one less for us to pack and haul down there. We were able to fit a pack n play in the closet in the master bedroom and one next to the bed, and then we were also able to fit a pack n play in the bunk room (tight fit but it worked), and then another in the additional bedroom. This was perfect for us, because then the 2 year olds had their own room and if the babies woke up in the middle of the night, the toddlers weren’t woken up!
Next up, the beds and pillows. Holy smokes… I slept better then I do in my OWN bed. I pulled the pillow cases so I could look up the brand and order some when I got home. I brought my own pillow and ended up not even using it! Not just that, but I like most rentals, the comforters and blankets were CLEAN! Not just the sheets.
I have yet to mention my favorite part, the location!!! My husband and I have been to several rentals on the beach and have never stayed in a ground level room in fear of not having a view, but the view was amazing. Every single morning we would open the blinds and let the sun and just watch the waves! It literally felt like you were on the beach. Not to mention the porch was such a great catch all for all of the beach things: chairs, toys, bags, etc. It was so nice not having to have all of the unnecessary sand in the condo because you could just throw it over the side on your way in! Honestly, I’m not sure we will ever go to another condo.
We enjoyed all of it, there were even kids plates and bowls which was perfect because we have particular toddlers who want everything in a bowl. 😅🤦🏽♀️
I think the ONLY thing I would change would be having beach chairs and toys to use. We had to get some lawn chairs from Walmart and haul them back which was of course a pain, but just a minor inconvenience.
All in all, we will be back to this property in particular. We loved everything about it! The fact that we enjoyed it so much and it was actually affordable was the best!
Book the vacation, you deserve it and you will NOT regret it!

The host is very nice and she called us the day before to let us know what to expect when we arrived. The condo itself is beautiful, I loved modern style and feel. We had a group of 4 adults and two young children (ages 2 and 5 months). It was plenty of space for us and the kitchen and living room had plenty of room to walk around. I was attracted to this condo because I wanted a ground floor room (didn't want the kids up on a high floor level balcony) with a beach view and this one was perfect. It is also directly across the street from Walmart and Publix for when we needed to make a grocery run.The next chance we get to go to the beach we will only book with host and condo. The best beach experience I have had in a very long time.

The condo was completely remodeled so everything was new and everything was in excellent condition. The view was spectacular and the condo was very close to the beach. The extra trips to the beach were not an issue because it was right there. The only issue we had was that there were no drawers to put your cloths in to get organized and I am OCD. Haha
But we had an excellent trip with great food!

Highly recommend this condo!!! Owner was wonderful and contacted us before our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to arrive. She also sent us a text in the middle of our week to make sure everything was going well and to ask us if we had any questions! The views from every window (except the kids room) was breathtaking! Ocean views all around! The kids room is very tiny so be prepared to not have a lot of extra room in there but we were active and it didn’t bother us or my kids. We will definitely contact this host again if we decide to come back to gulf shores! It rained a lot this time of year but we still got lots of beach time!
