We came to IRB with my daughter, her husband and their 2 children so the kids could experience the joy of the beach, the sand and the waves. This property did NOT disappoint! Best VRBO weve stayed in and one of the best vacations in many years. Watching the sun set was a nightly event! Loved it!!!

Great location, great accommodations & amenities and great owners to work with!

Our stay in IRB was great! The property is perfectly situated. Beach, pool and restaurants all right outside your door. The house had all the beach stuff we needed. It was great to be able to sit on the deck and watch the people on the beach and sunsets. I would recommend this property and when I come back to IRB I will be staying here.

Can say enough great things about this place for it has everything one needs for a relaxing and enjoyable time right on the beach. This was our fourth time staying here and looking forward to our fifth next year!

We really didn't want to leave :) Everything was very nice. They place had everything we needed and was very easy to use. The room with the four bunk beds worked great for our 4 kids ages 3-9. Having the sliding balcony door open to see and hear the ocean was so nice while spending time in the living room/kitchen. We loved it.

My husband and two boys (ages 20,15) spent Christmas week at this beautiful beachfront condo. From the moment we entered the space, we were enveloped with all the comforts of home and so much more. It was clean, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a very well appointed kitchen- they even had a crockpot- a rare find in most rental properties. The nicest surprise of all was the Christmas tree in the living room decorated with white lights, starfish and sand dollars. We appreciated that so much! The balcony is spacious with a gorgeous view of the small pool and white sandy beach! Walking distance to restaurants and steps away from the beach! We will return again! Many thanks to Gaarie and Elaine who were gracious hosts!

This house is beautiful! Everything is close by and it’s the perfect size for our family! Right on the beach and a private pool shared by 3 other units. Walking distance to several bars, restaurants etc but we never wanted to leave for meals so the well appointed kitchen and grill kept us at “home” most of the time!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo on IRB. Gaarie was excellent at responding to our questions. The condo had everything you need for a great time on the beach. The condo was tastefully decorated.

This condo is everything it claims to be. Great location, well equipped, well maintained and beautiful throughout. The hosts are very freindly, attentive and responsive to any minor problems eg. the food disposal (garberator where we come from) was making a racket. The host was over in no time and removed a small sea shell. We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks with no complaints.

We have stayed at this condo two years in a row. The views are incredible, the condo is in excellent condition and gorgeously decorated! The owners are the best people who care about their guests! Highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

We've been staying at this property for 20 years and it failed to disappoint once again. The property is well appointed, stocked with the essentials and communication with the owner is beyond easy. We love being in IRB and can't wait for our next trip.

Our family enjoyed this wonderful gem in Indian Rocks Beach during the first week of October. Gaarie communicated very well throughout the entire process, from booking to arrival and answering questions during our stay. We have been longtime vacationers in the Florida panhandle (specifically Destin and 30A) and wanted to try something different. When we arrived, everything was very clean and the house is very nicely decorated. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean right out the living room windows and doors. We enjoyed daily coffee on the deck while soaking in the scenery. The beach is just steps away, and Gaarie has a closet with a beach wagon, chairs, toys, and umbrellas that made our stay so much more enjoyable. There were lots of shells on the beach and the kids loved finding new ones. The pool was great as well. The public beach access right next to the building was closed due to beach erosion from the recent tropical storm, so that probably helped in keeping the crowd low. Indian Rocks Beach is truly a sleepy little beach town, and we loved it. Plenty of good restaurants in IRB and other close towns. We never ventured to Clearwater, but we did head to Orlando to hit the parks (which was just a 90 minute drive). I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation. The Apartment is georgous, the view is spectacular, the area is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The communication with the owner waa great and fast. We loved everything about the place!! We will come back as soon as possible! We can highly recommend this Apartment!!

The description that is given is totally accurate! The beach view from the deck is beautiful! Very comfortable! The beach is right there and is beautiful as well! Perfect place to stay and close to any type of food you could want! The owners are always available and couldn't be nicer! Can't wait to get back!

Our condo was amazing! The view of the Gulf, the sunsets and the beach were all fantastic! When we weren't in the ocean or playing on the beach, we were at the pool. It was clean and well maintained. We used the grill one evening, which worked great for chicken, seafood, and burgers. The fact that we didn't see any rain the entire week was an unexpected plus. Our host, Gaarie, was equally amazing! I've had the opportunity to stay in quite a few condos over the years, and I can truly say I've never been in one quite like this one. Gaarie promised the condo would be "fully stocked" and was true to his word! There were beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, games, spices, paper products, fresh fruit, and even a beautiful bouquet of flowers. At one point, we had a minor problem with the kitchen faucet. Gary quickly responded and immediately fixed the problem. Our experience was truly wonderful! We will come again!

The property was even better than the listing. It was walking distance to many restaurants. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. There is a public beach access right next to the condo, but didn’t bother us with crowds or anything. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and every day needs. Loved the fact that the master bedroom was separated from the other rooms. Overall a great place to stay and great vacation!

Our first trip to a Florida beach as a family, and it simply couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was equiped with everything we needed for grandparents, parents and the 4 kids. We loved how the beach was so close, and the sunsets were stunning. Definitely a home away from home. We hope to come back.

This property was a dream to stay at! Amazing location, so easy to go in and out with my small children (1 and 3yrs old). The view was incredible. My kids loved the pool (which is shaded in the morning and great for keeping our littles entertained but out of the direct sun for part of the day)! The unit was so well stocked and had so many toys, book, and beach/pool toys for the kids. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back again!

This is our second time staying in this building and already have our 3rd trip booked! We love the location to the beach and my kids love the pool! The bunk bed room has so many books and toys! Lots of family games in the unit! The beach closet has so many toys, chairs, and anything and everything you would need for the beach!
