Very Clean. Modern Design and cozy. Behind to Co-op Food. 10 minutes by walk to the main area in this city. Calm. Free parking in the garage. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds. Good size of the apartment. I will recommend this apartment for everyone asking for rent any apartment.

The apartment, It's clean appeal,amenities and location to the placeswe needed to be at,near the city center. The wifi was strong within the apartment.My family had a good time in comfortable digs. Instructions to get access before our check in was seamless.There is a coop shop just a few meters away for any convenience to be bought,more shops further down shudehill and the Manchester arndale shopping center is a few minutes from the apartment. Not much was needed because the team at Hilltop ,made our stay comfortable.

I wish there was cleaning in between a 7 night stay of the apartment.

The apartment was clean, tidy and well placed.for trams ans shops.

There was nothing we didn't like. It would have been more convenient if keys could have been left with someone at Halo.

Nothing much, only thing I would like them to improve is their bed sizes, I am not very tall or hugely built and considering that beds were small, may be because of the room sizes that are generally small all over UK, I would also prefer slightly firmer mattress, but that's me, not sure how everyone else like.

No breakfast included. The location is superb as on the verge of city centre.

Location is good, quiet yet only 5 minutes walk to Arndale Centre. Also within 7 minutes walk to one of the large Chinese supermarkets and Chinese restaurant. Tetricia and Staffs in Administrative Office were very helpful and response promptly. Before I arrived, Adm office staff kept me updated and explained me how to get in touch with them in detail. The first day I arrived at my room, I found there are some scratch in those pots and pans, Tetricia came and replaced those pots with a new set of cooking pots within an hour after I reported the issues. Adm office would also let me know before cleaning ladies came in to do cleaning up works. Master bedroom is big enough to keep more than 5 large suitcases yet still very spacious. Very generous to provide lots of dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules and many rubbish bags. It makes me feel they do care about the guests whom are staying in. Would strongly recommend this serviced apartment.

It would be better if the sink in the kitchen is bigger and is suggested to have one more set of keys if for family stay.

Facilities are good with all basic kitchen ware. Location is convienance to center and not so noisy.
