Our family had the best week staying at this lovely property. It was the perfect size for our family and very clean and updated. The location can’t be beat! Steps away from the beach and right across the street from the park. The staff was amazing and super responsive. The check in process was simple and smooth. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this property!

Just steps away from the ocean and this 3rd floor apartment has an amazing view of the beach! Besides an iron, it had everything we needed. I definitely recommend!

We rented all 3 of the owners units - they were great all of them. The units were well stocked, the beds were very comfortable as was the living space. We loved the decks - hanging out with the family and the views were spectacular. Our families have shore home in Cape May & Sea Isle but we've al decided to come back again where we can get eveyone in one place.

The accommodations & amenities were perfect for our week get away. The unit was clean & well kept. The short walk to the beach was a plus for carrying beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Other tenants in the building were friendly & cordial. We had three cars and parking in & around the unit was never an issue. We would definitely look to rent again in the future.

Wonderful location for our annual family reunion centrally located between my brother and sister in laws condos - and our son plays in the OC Classic Lacrosse Tournament every year. Very comfortable and clean. Big plus to be able to have our oldest sons dog with us! Jeanne was very helpful!

Excellent, would stay again
The apartment was very clean when we arrived and is nice and updated, it didn’t feel dingy like some of the cheaper beach houses we’ve stayed in. The host is thorough with her check in/out instructions and available at anytime for concerns. It was extremely nice having the linens, kitchen products, starters on paper towels/TP etc. Very nice having laundry right in the place. The location was perfect for our family, directly across from Northside park. We loved that we could bring our two dogs to stay with us and the size of the place was perfect for us. Only issue we had was our pick-up truck was too large for the assigned parking so we had to park in the street, but there were usually always spots available.

Great location!
Great stay for kids and pup. Property is just as advertised, but is surprisingly bigger than the pictures online. Bedrooms are perfect size and have their own TVs. Location is a few steps from the beach and was easy to go back and forth when needed. Balcony is large and gives a great view of the ocean, as well as, an amazing breeze in the evening. Jeanne is amazing to deal with and responds quickly. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway for Family with Dog!
Great location near the beach and really clean for a pet friendly rental. All the amenities were available so we could jump right into our vacation. There was a brief snafu when our door code email got lost in the ether, but Jeanne the Property Manager quickly resent it. She also made us aware that the rental was available for an extra night At a reduced cost if we wanted it - which we gladly took even though we didn’t spend the night. Best decision ever as we had another full day and time to take a shower before getting on the road.

Great stay!
We were just down for the weekend and this was the perfect spot! The place was clean and as advertised. The beach was not crowded so we felt safe. We were able to relax and enjoy!

Easy access to beach and clean.
The condo was a few steps from the beach. It was spotlessly clean. The owner provided some of the essential household items such as linens, soap, toilet paper which was nice not having to bring all those items.

This was my first time in OCM very nice and quiet with a beach view not too far to the boardwalk will visit again or/and will tell my family and friends

Nice villa
The villa that we stayed in was pretty clean. It was easy to find. Checking in was simple. The best parts were it being pet-friendly, the short walk to the beach, and, for the most part, the quietness of the neighborhood. This is definitely a place that I would book again.

Nice location
Condo was very close to beach so the location was great. Pretty seamless checking in and out. Condo was clean and had everything needed plus extras. There was even a few beach chairs and a boogie board. Some appliances were dated, especially the oven but everything functioned as it should. Overall, this was a good rental experience.

Perfect for our family
This property was just perfect for our family of seven. With Nana, Grandpa, Dad and 4 kids, the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and proximity to the beach were great! It was immaculate and there were various supplies, etc. available that made things easier. In addition, there are grocery stores close by, so it was simple to pick up things we needed. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a few days away!

Great OC Location
I loved this condo! The location was perfect, just off the beach and close enough to walk to restaurants in the evening. We had cocktails on the sand at dusk and a fabulous view of the ocean from our balcony.
The description of this property is accurate and the unit owner is extremely accommodating and easy to work with. This was our first time renting, rather than staying in a hotel, and we will definitely be back!

Clean and very comfortable
The condo was clean and comfortable for our entire group. Tons of seating, comfortable and spacious sleeping accommodations and room to hang out. The kitchen was well appointed, making cooking or eating-in a breeze. Very short walk to the beach with an outdoor space to rinse off. The sheets service was such a bonus! Will definitely rent here again!

Great Condo Near the Beach
The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Very clean and close to the beach. One small issue, the washer's spin function was not working so we had to transfer sopping wet clothes to the dryer and run it multiple times to dry the clothes. I'm sure this will take only a service call to fix.
I'd recommend others wanting a long weekend in OC.
