This condo is very well cared for and the location was awesome. Great views of both the ocean and bay. It’s stocked with all the kitchen utensils and gadgets you need. The check in process was flawless. Looking forward to coming back again.

We had a large family group that required two Meridian units side by side. The units were beautiful, roomy, well cared for with easy beach access. There were a couple of things that needed attention and the property manager took care of it immediately! We had a wonderful stay.

My family and I stayed for a week in the condo. It was a perfect size for 8 people and the condo was beautiful. There was a great view of the beach and the bay on the large balcony. We didn't want to leave and would definitely go again!

Great location and condo
This condo was a great choice for our family of 6. Clean, plenty of room, right on the beach and a great patio with a view of the ocean. The property manager was a great help getting us settled in and answering any questions we had. We’d rent the condo again in a heartbeat!

Maybe more detail to cleaning
Children’s room was not very clean plus trundle bed was broken! Ladder also broken. Overall tho it was very nice! Newer furniture for season.

Beach vacation
Property was beautiful everything and was very clean. The balcony was great and plenty of seats for everyone. I would definitely book this place again.

Perfect place at the beach
This condo had everything we needed for our weeklong stay in OC with six adults. Great location, steps from the beach, beautifully decorated, and the balcony was perfect.

The property was amazing, great location.
The condo was great, bigger that I expected and fit our needs perfectly. Mom Dad, two teenagers and a 4 year old. I wish that the master bedroom had a thick curtain to block the morning sun out though. The balcony faces the ocean, and east so sun was coming into our room around 6:30am. But everything else was amazing. The walk to the beach was short an the shower/wash off station is clutch!!! I am definitely
looking into staying here again. Thanks.
