We enjoyed the house, everything it said it would be. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Only complaint would be the pools, they were not very clean.

House was very nice and in a good location. A small check in time window made us have to change some plans, an electronic door lock would make check in much easier. An inconvenience but overall we had a great stay.

Stayed here with friends for a golf outing. The neighborhood was very nice and in a great location, close to restaurants and golf courses. The house was spacious. The carpets need cleaning or replacing, and the beds were not the most comfortable. Otherwise a great place.

Cleaning of property was poor. Bathrooms were dirty, in 1 toilet was leaking. Carpet on steps hadn't been cleaned and had stains all on it. Ceiling fan and vents was dirty. We went to open blinds and big flying bugs came from behind blinds. We had to wash sheets, blankets and towels before we even went to sleep the 1st night. I have pictures of everything that we noticed wrong with place.

Had to take out trash, wash sheets amd clean grill from prior guests. Called maintenance and he asked me to put trash out to curb and air out garage by leaving it open.
Carpet was dirtyy, bedroom sheets we had to wash had yellow stains and one pillow had orange stains.

The house was fine. Check in and out was very easy. The person checking us in was very courteous and helpful. All questions were answered in a very timely manner.Plan on inquiring about another stay in September.

The stay was great. The house wqs spacious, with more rooom than expected. It was so nice to be able to grill every night. The house was clean, but not spotless. The cable, Spectrum, was terrible. It would loose connection often and it was quite a process to reboot. Overall, the property was great and i would stay again.

The house was perfect for my groups’ needs. There was everything we needed. We do wish it was a little cleaner (dusty, dirty curtains, stained sheets). But overall it was a great house, in a great location! We loved how there were so many bathrooms!

This home was perfect for our family cousins trip! The location is perfect. We had more than enough room to accommodate.

Some of the issues in the prior review still remained prior to labor day. Garage door opener was broken, Livingroom TV was making an awful noise (Speaker issue) Hoping they have all been corrected but overall the place was very dirty, Walls, Counters, Tables, Furniture and Floor all seemed untouched by the cleaning that should have occurred prior to our 4pm check in. The grill was overflowing with grease and had spilled in/on the tank and floor in the garage. We spent a few hours cleaning upon arrival and notified the manager via email and was told to text maintenance. Palmetto bugs in garage, bathrooms, living room and kitchen each morning. Great Location but in need of attention.

This was a great home. It had everything we need and then some. Having the house and access to the resort was perfect. We would definitely book this rental again in the future. Thanks for a great family vacation spot.

We met here as a family from multiple states. We've visited North Beach many times and love it here. The owners were accommodating but the property does need some repairs. Many items were broken including the kitchen faucet, AC, refrigerator, speaker on living room tv, and master sink clogged.
We were thankful for the owners understanding, reimbursement of some our payment and dinner for our party of 12 at the Pirate Voyage.
We do love North Beach plantation and will have another family vacation here in the future.

Family Vacation
Our family vacation went great. We loved the house and definitely the location. The resort had plenty of pools and footsteps away from the beach.

House was situated nicely between pool/beach and the Barefoot Landing shopping/restaurant area. Easy walk to both.

Disgusting
There were blood spots on bedspread and blanket had semen on it so I had to do all laundry/cleaning on my first night and morning there. The kitchen cabinets were literally dripping with grease, there were dirty dishes in cabinet, a bat nest in alcove under upstairs window causing us to run in to place at night. I did take pictures. Master bathtub "out of order". Rugs are filthy. Parking is very difficult at main pool/beach area. I have reached out to VRBO and they simply told me I should have called and reported issues. It was late evening/night when issues were noted. After 14 hours on the road we were not about to spend all night with strangers in the premises cleaning up the filth especially with exhausted little children present and COVID concerns. I shall be requesting a reimbursement for cleaning charges as I performed most of it!!!

Myrtle Stay
The check in process could have been a lot better. I was given the wrong keys for the unit When I got there so I had to wait 45 minutes to have maintenance bring more keys. Also. Everything was communicated via email. I didn’t like that. The dishwasher didn’t work and one of the TVs didn’t work as well.

Sisterhood Trip
Our stay was phenomenal! It was my mom’s 66th birthday. There was a total of 9 women and we loved the house. The only thing we didn’t like was no covering at the patio door.

Making memories that last a lifetime!
The home was absolutely beautiful, and clean. It was well stocked with a plenty of pots and dishes for meal. My sister's and I took our mother to celebrate Christmas @the beach this year and it was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we had to leave a day earlier due to our mother not feeling well. This is my second time getting a rental through iTrip and I've never had any issues or problems. This is definitely one for big family looking for space and close enough to shopping and restaurants. Thanks again for making our Christmas just even more special

My stay
I had a great time, place was beautiful, exactly the way it looks in the pictures! There were a few mishaps needing maintenance, but it seemed to just had been timing issues. Meaning they may have just been to busy to notice. It really needs a deep cleaning on the webs and corners

Relaxing Stay
It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. It was very nice. There were a couple things in the description that weren’t in the house but it wasn’t anything that didn’t make it livable. Ot says there was a screened in porch, to which there wasn’t.
The bed were not the most comfortable. It we survived. It was very clean and accommodating.

A Truly Disappointing Stay
-Not enough eating utensils. Even though the description states it comfortably supports 12 residents, we had enough cups and silverware to allow FIVE people to eat at a time. You can imagine our frustration when we had to go buy our own cutlery.
-Insufficient dishware and cookware. Again, one must assume that a variety of meals would need to be prepared and eaten within a party so large. However, with the limited dishes and pots, we found ourselves running the dishwasher twice a day!
-No internet. When you have 11 people hoping to check emails, plan excursions, and/or simply watch a video, one would expect the internet to run efficiently. But, with a failed router and no one to come help us, we wasted our 4G limits rather quickly.
-The filth of the residence. This place was a dump. Despite the modern architecture and location, we felt ill when we first stepped on the property. From spider webs, to stains, to crumbs, this place was a mess. When my niece’s hands and knees are BLACK after crawling for no more than ten minutes, you can imagine my distaste and unhappiness. Again, we called and complained. The owner stated a cleaning service would be sent. We waited, but no one ever showed.
-Bathroom sink in master bath was plugged. Again, the property managers were notified. And once again, no response.
-Main kitchen sink consistently leaked. We felt bad wasting the water that was continually leaking from the faucet, but we had no way of fixing it . . .
-Ceiling fans did not work. As the weather began to toast us, we tried to turn on the fans above . . . nothing. The cords attached to the fans snapped off in our hand! With no switches to turn them on, we lived in a hotbox.
-Burned out lightbulbs. Throughout the house, there were at least 4 lamps that did not work. Whatever the reasoning, we had to rely on uncomfortable overhead lighting to see.
-The garage was full of junk. Not only did it smell of ungodly filth, but the place had random crap lying all over. If you are claiming that a cleaning service is indeed coming to clean up, try to make sure they cover the garage while they’re at it.
-Two bags of soiled laundry were on the front porch at our arrival. Even though we arrived well past the designated time, it was an off-putting surprise to see two large loads of linen sitting in the walkway of the front door. First impressions are rather important, so one can imagine we figured we were doomed from the beginning. And doomed we most certainly were.

Property Review
So, the house is set up very nicely. The location and neighborhood are very nice and proximity to beach is a short walk.
Our main disappointment was the cleanliness. While everything was in place (no clutter) it was clear that just the basics had been done - meaning linens and towels and a wipe up of the kitchen. The shower and toilets were also clean. The refrigerator front and especially the handle on the inside were dirty. The dressers in the bedroom had not been dusted and you could run your finger over and get a good amount of dust. The blinds had not been dusted. Had they been dusted the dead fly would have been removed. The rugs in my bathroom (on first floor) were noticeably dirty and could have easily (and should have been) washed each time guests left. The corners were dirty as well as the chandelier over the table which like the refrigerator door was sticky and needed a good cleaning. The bars stool fabric was dirty and I understand items like this are a harder control. The house cleaning people must have dropped garbage from their cart as some stuff had fallen out and the lint from the dryer were on the floor. I don't know how you could have missed that they fell out.
The other thing that was a problem was the internet. Several of us needed to work and could not get or stay connected. We called the number on the refrigerator and while we got responses - it still did not work. We ended up making ourselves our own hotspots from our phones and managing that way.
On a positive note - when we arrived there was no coffee maker - we had asked if there would be a Keurig and was told yes. We called and very quickly one was brought to us.
I would stay in this area again but not at this property. It is unfortunate because the property is nice.

Amazing stay
The best vacation place we stayed at and it was six of us and we all loved it. Very clean, spacious, provided everything the need. You only had to buy food, hygiene products and washing liquid which is normal. I will mostly not stay I a hotel again. This is well recommended, no dislikes at all. Thanks again for providing a great place like this and will come again, see you next time.

The house absolutely exceeded our expectations. The walk to the beach and pool area really wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. And the shuttle was accessible if we didn't feel like walking 5-7 minutes. Very convenient to restaurants and entertainment. We only used our cars once the whole stay. We could walk almost everywhere. We loved the kitchen and all the cookware included for us. The house was very clean, no complaints there. Plenty of room for parking. A really amazing stay for a large group

Location is great
This property has the potential to be great but has some flaws - I am glad we booked a last minute deal because there is no Way I would pay any more for this house.
The bathroom in kids room was labeled cleaned but the toilet seat was soiled.
I had to change my sons sheets & after remaking the bed I found mini liquor bottles under the mattress. If the bed had been properly stripped & cleaned after previous guests those bottles would have been found.
The garage has cockroaches.
The WiFi is terrible. Most likely due to the outdoor cabinet it is kept in & the amount of heat inside this cabinet.
You can’t use the soaking tub in the master bath.

Great place and great time
My family and I try to take a week's vacation every year. We generally stay in this area whenever we come. Our check in and check out process was seamless. This is a beautiful home. The home was very spacious and provided plenty of room for all of us. We loved having a full bathroom in each of the bedrooms. We were able to cook our own meals and we enjoyed the covered patio every morning (coffee and conversation). Also, it was great being so close to the beach...yet still experience a level of privacy. I would definitely stay again. The only room for improvement was that the carpets were not completely vacuumed when we arrived. Otherwise, it was just fantastic.
