We love the house and location. It works well with a family and additional friends. Some details were not perfect this time but we adapted and all went well. The amenities (toys, wagon, etc) make all the difference!

Great stay for 6 friends from college 50 years ago. Lots of space, we’ll equipped, lovely location, and good hikes close by.

We enjoyed 4 nights at this lovely house with our friends and family. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We grilled elk burgers and sausages and had a fresh fish and clam fry (we brought our own Fry Daddy). We used the fire pit, horse-shoes and the hot tub. Pacific City is small enough that we were close to everything we needed: beaches, grocery store, bar and grill, etc.

Big house in great condition. We had tons of space with just two of us staying (nice offseason rate), but it could easily accommodate several couples or a couple families with kids. Huge, comfy couch. Big dining table. Nice Kitchen. TVs with Rokus in every bedroom. Stocked with puzzles and games, and beach supplies in the garage. Hot tub and a spacious outdoor hangout spot with plenty of seating.
The location was great. Short, easy walk to the beach and several restaurants, including Pelican Brewing and a small grocery market. There's another stretch of restaurants/cafes across the river, just a quick 3-4 minute drive away.
We ate at Pelican Brewing, Sportsman's Pub-N-Grub, Los Caporales, The Riverhouse, and Grateful Bread, and all were great.

The house was big enough for more than 8 guests the hot tub was just what we needed to unwind after the week and the hail storm made it even better💕 Quiet with plenty of privacy!

Very comfortable and roomy for us all. Only issue was minor was downstairs and upstairs bathroom sinks didnt drain as well.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious so much room. The hot tub is large as well and so relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Amazing viiews of haystack rock from 2 of ths second floor rioms. Air hickey was fun and the beach cruiser bike that worked was great. I rode the bike to the bech for sunrise, the bike rode great in the sand. Very equiped with everything you need and the kitchen is labeled where everything is. Definitely a 5 star 🌟

Friends fishing trip to PC, house was big and well laid out. Parking was a bit tight but the team with Meredith lodging really worked to help us resolve it. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

This house was easy to access, suited our family, and had many amenities...most importantly a great hot tub, firepit and fenced yard. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 for location was because of the traffic noise. The noise wasn't terrible, but was loud enough for me to need earplugs to sleep. And since we were there just before the 4th of July, firecrackers through the night disrupted the sleep of our 7 year old. The beach, however, was very convenient, so my overall rating of 5 still holds.

We fell in love like with Pacific City all over again! Coming from out of state, flying in: we didn’t have all the beach goods and so the bikes, wagon, chairs, stroller, & toys were SUCH A GREAT addition! Thank you! Pleasant walk to beach, lovely neighborhood. It would have been a 10+ with beach towels & a fan to sleep with so I could’ve had the windows open. Too much traffic noise, to be able to have windows open.

Celebrated my partners 40th bday with close friends. Fit all of us nicely and between the dining area and outside space we barely left the property. 100% recommend for your beach time adventures

So nice to get away. The home offered a great respite from rainy days. We walked to the beach several days. The newer sectional couch was great to chill out and watch a movie together as a family. Kitchen had what we needed except a coffee grinder. Loved it and would stay again.

This house was great to stay at! Very clean, had all we needed! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the air hockey table! I wasn’t able to get the keurig to work much to my sadness. My son did right before we left, maybe some directions would be helpful? And we couldn’t find any darts for the dart board. Might be time for a new one? But, I would absolutely stay here again with my family! The king bedroom with bathroom was upstairs. The queen bedroom downstairs had a bathroom close by but not in the room. It was the best room for our teenage so she could chill in her room but still be close. This house was priced well and well kept. Thank you!

The master bathroom toilet runs occasionally which wasn’t an issue but is wasting water and during the night a picture fell down in the spare bedroom upstairs it looks like the string hanger broke

The home was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and Pelican Pub. There were bikes to ride in the garage but one of the tires were flat so my husband fixed it. Because PC has become so increasingly popular over the last decade; I’d highly recommend walking or taking a bike. There’s no parking anywhere and now they started charging fees to park in certain places. The house was overall pretty clean! A few cobwebs but that’s no biggie. It was great to have 3 bathrooms as we had 4 adult couples staying together. We LOVED the fire pit area outside. After the wedding all our family and friends came over and we were able to seat them all outside! Check in/out was easy. Wish check out was at 12 instead of 11 though. The hot tub STILL wasn’t available to use, which I found terribly sad because that was one of the reasons we rented this house. The hot tub guy literally showed up as we were checking out. I’d definitely stay here again! You can’t beat the location, the nice rooms/decor and space!

Great location and place to stay. Beautiful home. Easy access to beach, restaurants, horseback riding and town. Property management checked in to see if all was well or if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well equipped and comfortable
Very well cared for home in a super convenient location . We walked to the store and beach every day. We also appreciated the privacy of the fenced yard while we had a campfire and used the hot tub. Super cozy home overall great experience.

Wonderful home for adults and children
We loved this house - 2 grandparents, 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren, 8, 8, and 11. Each child had their own bed, and there were toys and stuffed animals. The grandparents' bedroom was on the ground floor. The table sat eight comfortably. The kitchen had all normal equipment and plenty of dishes and silverware (except teaspoons). Hot tub was great. We brought our own card table for puzzles - having one there would be better. Only negative was street-noise, but not too bad with windows closed.

Wonderful Get Away
My family and I really enjoyed staying here -- the house is beautiful and very spacious. The hot tub was a great perk and we also enjoyed having a BBQ and firepit in the back yard. We loved the location because we were able to take small day trips to other cities. The property manager was available through text every time I had a question. We would love to come back again!

Towels
There weren't many towels at the property and the ones there were extremely rough. They were definitely a huge downside to our stay. We had 7 towels for 7 people. I had to do a lot of towel washing during our stay. With the hot tub, swimming and showers there should have been at least twice as many.
