Verbringen Sie eine Woche genießen die unübertroffene, entspannt Schönheit des Atlantischen Ozeans von dieser hübsch renoviert Einheit. Das Schlafzimmer ist direkt am Meer mit Blick sowohl von der großen Fenster und der Schiebetür zum Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten und 4 Schlafplätze. Beide Bäder verfügen über eine volle Badewanne / Dusche. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind hell und freundlich mit einem zusätzlichen Satz von Fenstern. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon ermöglicht einen weiten Blick auf das Meer. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Schnitt Couch, die ein Queen-Size-Schläfer, ein 55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und Blue Ray-Player und WLAN, High-Speed-Internet ist. Die Küche ist komplett renoviert und mit Besteck, Geschirr und Gläsern ausgestattet. Keurig, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Müllabfuhr hinzufügen, um die Attraktivität. Und um das Ganze abzurunden, gibt es eine Waschküche in der Einheit mit einem Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner. Boogie Boards, Liegestühle, Strandspielzeug und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.

We enjoyed the place for our family weekend trip.
I felt the place was dated - carpet & furniture...
There were flies that kept coming in probably due to broken window screens.
One of the toilets was not flushing properly, I notified owner who offered to fix immediately. I said no. For a rental, it could be better maintained.
Overall, it was good as owner was responsive & location was great.

Tough to check in. We did not receive the access id. Somehow someone had the wrong phone number. Digital lock was straight forward but only worked 50% of the time.
Fortunately, there was a manual key that we could use which gained us entry when we arrived late.
Unit was really nice but smelled like urine. Most beach places smell like beach. But this one had a strong urine smell. Day 2 we picked up a bottle of fabreez and did fine.
We would return. The owners were helpful.

Grace was responsive and helpful in the planning of our vacation. She offered suggestions for attractions and activities. The location of the property was just perfect. Everything was neat, clean, and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver for our large family!

My husband and I wanted to have a weekend away for our Anniversary and it was great. Just what we wanted right on the ocean and walking distance to the boardwalk. It was perfect for us!

Grace is a great host. She was very responsive to questions I had regarding the unit. The condominium was very clean upon arrival and had all necessary amenities. The washer and dryer was so nice to have, especially with two young children. The unit was also well stocked with extra bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Other beach accessories (chairs and toys) were also available.
What we loved most is the condo's proximity to the beach. A quick walk and you have your toes in the sand!
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and 100% recommended Grace and her condo for your next visit to OCMD.

Getaway
I found this property to be very good. It is in a prime location....very easy access and well maintained for an older unit. The only negative was the AC unit was a bit noisey...but worked fine otherwise. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great vacation. Grace was helpful before we arrived with some of our last minute packing questions and even during our stay if we had questions. They have everything there. Beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. You can show up with your clothes and toiletries and stroll right to the beach. I’m starting the review with… Probably the most enjoyable part of our getaway was the condo being perfectly located for easy beach access! With the ability to come and go, basically uninterrupted by elevators, passing by other units, and having long walks, truly made it feel like we were on vacation far, far away.
In addition to its proximity, early mornings, to sit on the terrace (it being a corner unit having a bonus view to the side) watching family move to and from the beach, seeing people mosey on by for the morning surf check, all the while lounged back with a warm beverage in hand? Practically the most fun you can have by not doing much at all!
As far as the unit itself… It was well stocked with linens, throws, towels, dishes, appliances and so on… Even having a few beach chairs, beach toys and bikes! It was clean. The kitchen was almost new and spotless. The rooms were more than adequate for us, a party of four. The master bedroom having its own bath was convenient and kept things unencumbered.
I guess what I’m trying to say… It’s a place well-conceived and thoughtfully put together.
And although we never met Grace… She was attentive when needed answering any questions we may have had in the rental process and logistics. She was very helpful and willing to share local knowledge of restaurants and bars. And she was extremely experienced to be there as an asset, only when needed, letting our time there truly feel like ours!

This was the best vacation that me and my family had. The place was amazing with a great ocean view and the access to the beach was right in front of us. Fantastic beach front condo which is comfortable and quite clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The closet has bikes, beach chairs, and plenty of towels to enjoy your beach stay. Would definitely book this property again and again when we come to ocean city!

I can't tell you you how please I was with my stay here. The place was very clean, the beach was great and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate during my stay. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and I urge you to look no further.

Great Place, Great Owner
This place was perfect for our family of 4 (including a 5 year old and a 3 year old). Both the place and owner are consistent with the description, great rating and prior reviews. It is quite a bargain compared to the other options in OC/DE. The place was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you could reasonably expect and more (including plenty of beach towels and nice beach chairs and toys). The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable (better than our own bed). The beach access is convenient. Grace is very responsive, flexible and accommodating. If we are able to take this trip next year, we would love to stay here again.
