We went to a local cafe for breakfast. Free parking available if booked in advance.

The only things I can think of, was the low water pressure for the electric shower. The cleaner also started cleaning before we were out of bed - having planned a sleep in before exiting at 11am, this was unfortunate, on a Sunday morning.

The rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds, with tea coffee and milk. The communal kitchen area was great and the back porch garden area lovely and peaceful! Gréât location too!!

Nothing really that we didn’t like, if I was being really critical maybe the air freshener smell... but I only really noticed it on arrival. (And only because I have a strong sense of smell). But other than that it was perfect!

Location was very quiet. Property very clean & everything we needed. Bed very comfortable. Lovely touches that was not expecting. very easy check in check out.

Basin area in room 1 was a little small

Location; given that Ayr has such a bad rep with public opinion the area was a very pleasant surprise. The apartment itself was spacious, the bed super comfortable and the fresh milk and decent coffee very welcome

I would have put a better shower fitting in otherwise the en-suite was ideal

Good location on quiet street, good communication from property, spacious room decorated to high standard with lots of natural light, very clean, parking on street with permit, secure, good amenities, WiFi.

Only two small things really. I couldn't get the TV to go on(batteries done on remote maybe) and the windows are bit difficult to open if need some air(no Aircon). Nothing major

Thought the house and the accomodation it offered had been thoughtfully and meticulously planned and presented. Nice generous extras and happy contact with one of the owners.

The only thing we found difficult was turning on the bedside lights, but there again, I suspect we are completely behind the times!

The staff were very helpful and provided many extras with our room; There were dressing gowns, disposable slippers, Tunnocks Teacakes & fresh bottled milk and water. The accommodation was impeccably clean throughout, with a good supply of kitchen facilities, cereals, jams and condiments. The location was ideal with on-site free parking by prior arrangement. The beach and decent eateries were within 5 minutes walk. We used The Smokeroom recommended by Sean and were very happy with the food, staff and service we received.

We loved everything about this accommodation ... apart from the tiny ensuite in our room (No. 2) as my partner is a 6ft 2" Yorkshireman. In retrospect, after speaking to Sean, we could have requested room No.3, which was bigger with a better-sized ensuite.

the accommodation was very easy to find, parking was easy too. the room was spotlessly clean and very well presented. lovely little touches (dressing gowns, slippers, milk) really made the stay a special experience for us.
