Ambientes amplios, excelentes vistas, anfitrión muy atenta. Alejada del centro de la cuidad, lo necesario para no sentirse abrumado. Fácil acceso. Muy recomendable.

Falta un aire acondicionado en una habitación. Todo el resto es excelente.

Literalmente tudo, desde o contato inicial, da recepção, da casa em todos os sentidos. Muito bem recebido e a casa é simplesmente fantástica, além de espaçosa, muito bem decorada em tudo. Para finalizar, a vista da sacada é de tirar o folego, realmente maravilhosa.

Gorgeous house and view. We could sit on that balcony for weeks. Comfortable bedrooms. Wonderful small beach close by (Prainha). Paraty was such a great place to visit with beauty, history, and fun. Good recommendations by the host. Look forward to coming back.

We only managed to see 3 varieties of humming birds sitting on the balcony hammocks. ;-) Need to come back to see more.

The house is big and well taken care of. Love the terrace and all details the owner put to make it super cozy.

Even though we had a lot of kitchen tools, the kitchen could use some new pans, kitchen board and other things. Swimming pool is smaller than it looks like in the pictures. There was another house under construction right in front of our house, not very well secured as some rocks and earth rolled down on the street from the weak barrier they build. Lots of noise, but after 9h00am, which was great.

Everything was perfect, plenty of room for the four of us, the terrasse was really enjoyable, the view is absolutely stunning, garden is amazing and very well maintained, the pool is supposed to be shared but in reality we always had it for ourselves very close to Paraty by car, beach close by walking, the area is beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay over there, the host was kind and helpful, thanks for this great moment!!

there was a leaking, something happened with the boiler. they couldn’t fix it and I stayed my trip drying the house with a cloth. not nice. there was a construction early making a lot of noise.

The view from the terrace, rooms were spacious, every bedroom had its own bathroom, living room was nice

The kitchen utensils, there were only 2 tea cups, no bowls, 4 coffee cups and few wineglasses so very very limited for a house like this. No dishwasher which I think belongs to a house like this, there is a nespresso cofee machine but not a few welcoming coffeepads And you definitely need a car as the supermarket is quite far there is a a busstop down the hill but not with a regular service The pool is smaller than it looks and is not private there are just a few sunbeds the host was helpful through what's app but could not solve all issues during our short stay
