The property was warm and cosy to come back to every day. The beds were comfortable giving a great nights sleep. The kitchen was well appointed, although we did not cook, just used for tea and coffee.

Approach was a bit dark when returning late at night, a light above the door would have helped.

The space and simplicity. We had everything we needed. It worked well as a place to rest and relax.

There was some misunderstanding over the parking Some items needed repair.

The location was excellent - close to Malvern centre and close to railway station.

There was no host onsite. We managed everything by phone but it would have been nice to see someone face to face. There was no teapot! Electric fan in bathroom was extremely loud. Furniture was a bit minimal.

Location was good for me. Wifi was fast and v decent smart TV. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. Bathroom and bedroom clean.

The booking process generally was poor; awkward and inconvenient (signing forms and ‘security deposit’ etc to get key code). However, the check-in process itself was a nightmare - easily the worst I've ever experienced in years of staying away from home for work. The photograph showing the location of the key box is WRONG. This shows the letterbox and key box for no 9. The key box is not the usual sort mounted to a wall, but looks like some kind of bike lock, casually tossed at the bottom of the railings. I struggled to find the key box as the security light stayed on only for about 5 seconds at a time. In the dark it was awkward to use. Using my phone light, it took me 20 minutes to get into. Good job it was not raining or I would have given up. Seriously, the instructions need to be MUCH clearer, accurate and helpful (e.g.. what the key box looks like and how to actually open it, bring a torch). General décor is ‘minimal and practical’ – bare walls, wooden bench, cheap furnishings, just a main lighting (no corner lamps). Ok if that’s your thing but I found it soulless if not actually depressing. Bathroom and bedroom were clean. Many surfaces felt greasy to me.

Superb location for centre of Great Malvern and the theatres. Spacious. Clean. Well equipped. Check in as described.

practical above comfort. dark living room and lamps white bright or too little yellow. blinds better be closed for privacy. some construction and broken houses on the parking lot unpleasant. an Airbnb experience with keys hidden in boxes with codes - address unknown until last moment when you need to make a deposit to get last directions. my suitcase was not delivered and it’s a hassle if you cannot give the address to the airline to deliver the suitcase to you.
