We were down to watch our daughter's softball tournament for college. This was a great location as she played at 2 different locations that were in opposite directions. This location was exactly in the middle. The property was a nice small place for my wife and I to stay with our pets. The location was a very nice and friendly area to walk our dogs and/or to hang out at the pool. Would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful week long stay with our dog. Beautifully maintained neighborhood with lots of amenities and the house is exactly as described. The house is easy to get to from the entrance of the neighborhood and there is a TON to do nearby. Every restaurant you could imagine! Sooooo close and convenient to Disney parks and a true 20mins or less from Universal. Great neighborhood for dogs with enclosed dog parks a short walk away. There is some grass "yard" immediately at the house but plan to walk about 200' for better puppy potty areas. The host was wonderful! She kept in contact the entire time and gave very good instructions. One thing I worried about from pictures was the size of driveway. We drove our full-sized Dodge and it fit easily with room for a car also if needed! 10/10 we WILL stay here again if available for our next trip!

Very close to Disney world and universal studios. Beautiful campground and very clean and well kept. I loved seeing the alligators in the pond. Cottage manager/ owner was excellent. We will definitely return and tell family and friends.

Half of the lights were not working inside. The bed is horrible me and my partner ended up sleeping on the floor with a blanket i had in the car. The refrigerator started making noises during the night and we could'nt back to sleep after that. There was dust in the window seal that i saw sitting by the window. There was also a nail sticking up on the front porch that i stepped on my partner pulled it out for safety reasons. Also i did not like that they could not find my reservation that the property had to call the owner even after i showed the confirmation email that i recieved

This is my second stay at this lovely and quaint cottage, and I am continuously satisfied. Especially, with the peaceful surroundings and beauty of early morning sunrise while the family of deer harmoniously blend in within the natural landscape so close to the RVs & Cottages. As always, the cottage owner maintains a clean, well-stocked home with all the necessary amenities! I can’t help but feel like I’m in my own home during my stay here at this comfy & cozy cottage so close to Walt Disney Parks! Well-equipped 1-bedroom manufactured home in a gated RV park. Perfect for 1-2 people. Interior very homey. I could do work at the kitchen table, and relax with the TV. Quick drive to grocery and many restaurants. (I did not go to any theme parks, so cannot comment on drive time.) I felt safe walking around the park. Friendly staff in the office where you could buy a few beverages or sundries. Fitness room and pool available. Some noise from refrigerator (did not hear with bedroom door closed) and air conditioning unit. Could hear large RV's as they passed, but did not interrupt sleep. Dogs are allowed--noticed dog hair on sofa cover. Overall would recommend.

This cottage was in a great location and was a great price for how convenient it was to Disney. However, the place could have used a deeper cleaning and some brand new towels as there was pet hair that had been washed with the towels and sheets. Listing specifies that it is pet friendly, but not for high shedding pets and I believe there was a high shedding dog there before our stay. Not a big deal, just messed with my and my husband's allergies a little. Overall, it was a relatively comfortable stay.

The property met all of my expectations and had everything I needed. Property manager was easy to work with when I needed to extend my stay as well. Highly recommend this property.

This cottage was PERFECT for our mother/daughter Disney visit. We frequent the area a lot and have stayed in many short term rentals. This was the best! The location is close to everything (especially theme parks) but yet tucked back out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the area, easy to get to, and very safe and secure. It’s quiet and everyone around was friendly. Full use of the amenities and the pool was great!! The cottage itself was adorable, clean, well stocked with necessities, and very functional. Shawna is quick to answer any questions/concerns and rectify any issues (had an issue with the washer on a Sunday and she had a repairman there the next day). Overall a wonderful stay!!

The property is disgusting dirty mess. Owner lied that it had been cleaned. VRBO should not partner with this property. Owner has been in a fight with concerning refund.

We have stayed here many times and always a good experience. Cottage is wonderful, resort has lots of amenities and plenty of things to do in close range.

I stayed here for a week over my birthday, and went to Disney. It is super close to Disney and I did not have any issues at all with transportation. It’s also located close to this amusement area called ‘Old Town’ in Kissimmee, so when I saw the rides for that, I knew I was close to home. The bed was super comfortable, and a box fan is included!

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice neighborhood great location will definitely be back Thank you!!

It was located in a wonderful area - close proximity many many things. The only issue I had was the internet service was unpredictable at best

This adorable little cottage was located in the most wonderful neighborhood/resort area. There is plenty for people to do within the resort itself. It is also located within walking distance of Old Town and The Fun Spot. It is minutes from Disney and Universal. Location is perfect. The property owner was wonderful to work with. She promptly answered any questions I had.

Host was a great communicator when I peppered her with silly questions. Will stay again, area is quiet!

Wonderful established quiet RV / Mobile Resort. Loved that it was pet friendly and the center had dog exercise yards. The house was comfy, bed was a spacious queen with memory foam topper. Shawna answered any questions and provided for all of our needs! Would highly recommend!

Upon arrival, found coffee grounds left in coffee maker with mold growing on it. Dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty silverware in drawer. There were sheets and towels in the dryer. Floor filthy with much hair (possibly from a dog?). Every time open sliding doors vertical blinds would fall off. Couch cover had hair, dirt and holes - I washed a blanket and put over the top to sit on. Living room tv only got 3 channels. Floor of bedroom closet was filthy (black). Fridge door handle, bathroom pocket door and outside door filthy, used Mr. Clean erasers to clean. I left the cottage much cleaner than we found. All cleaning person will need to do is wash the bed sheets and towels and make the bed. I feel bad reporting this but in the past the cottages we stayed in felt like home, and we treated as such. This did not seem like home but stayed as we paid a lot of money, which I work very hard for. So sorry.

Great location, great accommodation for the 2 of us.

We went to Orlando to go to a few of the parks and to relax. This RV park was great. Large lots, friendly people, nice amenities and pet friendly with fenced dog areas. The house was just what we needed perfect for a couple and their pup. The owner was very responsive. I would rent again and this time promise not to drop the keys in between the deck boards when I'm leaving :) Thank you Shawna. Great stay.

Was very helpful when I was needing a place last minute after being scammed by a rental VRBO. This area is guarded by security and I surely felt safe here. Close to the parks too.

The property was in a great location, both in terms of proximity to WDW and the resort itself. Everything with the cottage was great and we enjoyed the pool at the resort, which was within a very easy walk. We enjoyed the stay!

This Little cozy cottage was the perfect home away from home. Well maintained inside and out. Also the location being in walking distance to Old Town/ Fun Spot America was a plus plus. Great for multiple family groups to book each their own cottage and still be together. The owner responded whenever We messaged right away. Loved our stay and will be booking in the future. This quaint cottage was the perfect getaway for me and my doggy! Most importantly, I felt safe at the Tropical Palms RV & Cottages Resort, thanks to the 24/7 Security gate and kind staff on-site! Also, the cottage owner was very cordial and quick to respond to any questions. I must say, however, that our favorite part of staying at this lovely cottage and the resort area was our sunset bike rides when the resident deer family would greet us without fear, and my dog Benjamin would just peacefully stare at them LOL! Stayed for 2 weeks. Cottage was as described, clean and comfortable. Owner answered questions quickly. The park was quiet and safe. Many friendly folks. Very close to attractions and any restaurant you could possibly want. Will stay again if we come back to area.

Check in was easy the staff were great. The cottage was exactly what I needed. The location was perfect. Definitely would stay here again in the future.
