Never again!!!!! Hotel does not keep what it promises. I also do not understand how people come up with this rating. The staff at reception were very unfriendly at check-in. After a 30-hour journey with 2 children, I wanted a quiet room not near the elevator. The elevator opened and I stood in the room. OK, another discussion at reception... change rooms. The rooms are dark. There is only one bedside lamp in the bedroom. Everything is very shabby and showing its age. Bathroom has no toilet brush and only a completely broken shower curtain. There were only five hangers for 5 people. The sofa bed was not made up for our daughter. It rained through the windows. Pool facilities well-maintained and clean. Breakfast OK, but everything... really everything is served on or in plastic. If you arrive after 8 a.m., you cannot get a seat.

Buena ubicación

Sucio habitación oscura y con mala iluminación de lámparas

buena ubicación (zona Kissime si la idea es ir a los parques aprox distancia 15 minutos) incluso de no contar con movilidad hay un bus gratis a los parques. Buen desayuno., pileta, jacuzzi gym bien, acceso a sala con lavarropas de ser necesario.

Pool was nice, I liked the rooms and how they resembled an apartment to make it easier for long term stays.

The complimentary breakfast was always packed, could not comfortably sit down and eat the breakfast because someone is basically standing on you. Floors were dirty and wet, constantly had puddles on my specific floor where I stayed. Did have mold in my room, on my curtains specifically, not sure if there was mold in other places because I only noticed it the last day of the trip when I woke up. The complimentary shuttles had very weird times. Sometimes it would leave at 7-8 AM and then wouldn’t pick you up until 9 PM. (Way after most of the stuff at the park can be done. You can usually knock out the park attractions and rides in 6 hours. Makes it inconvenient when you’re tired at around 4-5 and you realize they don’t pick you up until later, so you HAVE to Uber home.)

Breakfast was Excellent. You could add a greater variety of fruits, like grapes or cantaloupe. Otherwise, very happy !

Carpets and bathroom floors very dirty. Also, almost all of the utensils in the kitchen were gone !

The beds were the only thing that was decent

The hot water for the shower doesn’t get hot, the suite ran out of water! , elevator were broken only 1 out of the 3 worked

A localização sem dúvidas é o melhor deste hotel, pois fica entre 10 a 15 minutos dos parques da Disney e entre 20 a 25 minutos dos parques da Universal. Perto do hotel há algumas opções para comer como Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, Ihop e Mcdonald´s. Na frente do hotel tem uma New Balance Clearance e muito próxima uma farmácia Walgreen´s e uma Nike Factory Store. O segundo ponto positivo são a piscina e a jacuzzi que, ao final do dia, principalmente em dias quentes, é uma excelente opção para relaxar e fica aberta até as 23:00. O estacionamento gratuito e farto também é um fator positivo Além do mais tem um posto grudado no hotel que possui uma excelente conveniência para quebrar o galho.

Café da manhã repetitivo, ficamos 11 dias e era exatamente igual todos os dias, sendo que em alguns dias havia só laranja como opção de fruta. A máquina de waffles salva uma pouco. Outro fator negativo é a péssima iluminação dos quartos (não tem lâmpada nos tetos, apenas luminárias, os quartos ficam muito escuros.) O banheiro é aquele estilo clássico americano de banheiro com cortina de plástico. O quarto todo tem carpete. Em relação a limpeza, você só ganha se ficar mais de 07 dias, caso contrário apenas trocam as toalhas dos banheiros e repõem o que falta.
