Posizione strategica e proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Un plauso va anche alla ragazza che ha eseguito il check in, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per godere al meglio della permanenza presso Matera.

La posizione è ottima per poter visitare Matera.

Ritengo che il prezzo sia alto per offerta: due rampe di scale che non sono uno scherzo per chi ha problemi, avevamo nello stesso pianerottolo due famiglie affittuarie delle altre due stanze con bambini ( adoro i bimbi....ma fecero molto chiasso e educatamente i genitori chiesero scusa); la macchinetta del caffè non c'era..come da descrizione..booking lo descrive come hotel ma n effetti è una camera in affitto...la colazione in un bar nella strada vicina purtroppo poco sfruttabile se sì va prima delle ore 8,30...direi molto deludente..in sintesi penso che il prezzo sia alto ....

Non è agevole arrivare al piano con le valigie. Ci sono molte scale.

La posizione,a pochi passi dal centro ZTL, ci ha permesso di poter raggiungere ogni angolo della bellissima città a piedi.A 300 dalla struttura pulitissima,accogliente e tranquilla, e con aria condizionata,c’è un parcheggio pubblico gratuito, un altro aspetto positivo dal momento che è difficile trovare posto anche nelle strisce blu a pagamento. Lo consiglio a chiunque e,se dovessi rifare tappa a Matera, sicuramente pernotteró alla Dimora Pietrapenta.

The breakfast that was included at the restaurant down the block was very good! It was a short walk to the Sassi and the public free parking was just a few blocks away.

It is a lot of stairs (3 flights) up to the apartment with your baggage.

Proche du centre ville, mais au calme, machine à café dans la chambre et bon petit déjeuner dans le bistrot voisin. Gianfranco a été très serviable face à l'incertitude de l'heure d'arrivée

L'emplacement très très bien placé, l'accueil, le calme de la grande chambre.

L'offre petit déjeuner limité à 1 café 1 croissant dans la patisserie à côté. . Nous avons payé 8,20 euros pour le jus d'orange un muffin et un autre café. La douche (bac dans la chambre) peu pratique. La petite bouteille d'eau dans le frigo facturée 1 euro, c'est mesquin.

The view from the room was spectacular, we arrived very late and the check in process was easy and then staff super helpful. The room was The breakfast was at a local bar which was a bit busy but the room was walking distance to the centre of Matera.

The shower didn't work, the door didn't close the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

A recently renovated apartment located on the second floor, which was much larger than the others where we stayed. A fridge and a tea kettle are also available. The location is excellent, within a 10-minute walk in the old center of Matera. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I recommend!

The view from the balcony is spectacular. Apartment is in the great location, short walk from the Sassi. Room was clean. AC was cold. Host was very communicative. Great to have free parking nearby.

Bathroom is small. Room has basic furnishings but it was neat and tidy.

Location is really great as you are very close to the main places to visit in Matera. We had a balcony with a great view over the sassi. In addition, the room was very comfortable and with a. good size

Rosa gave us a charming and warm welcome. Rosa communicate with us to make sure everything was perfect and also gave us recomendation for the restaurant. The manager dis the same. This was very much appreciated. Location was perfect.

Shower was a bit small

All about the location, great modern apartment, beautiful bathroom. Had all the amenities it needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Gracious host allowed us to check in early

Have to be lucky with parking. Pillows were very hard, but that’s personal preference.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is great, very close to the center and parking was available near to the apartment

Contact with owner, introduction of the city, all perfect. The location was ideal with walking distance to Sassi. We stayed only one night, 4 people family with a small dog. We got everything we needed and privacy. We loved the stay. Thank you!

The view is wonderful, the property is clean and comfortable and the host is really nice and kind.

There’s no privet parking. The room had a window but with view at the inside of the building and there’s no coming fresh air from outside. You can hear all the people that talks with the staff

Free parking not far from the house. Everything we could need was there. Fridge with 4 water bottles for very good price. Very close to the historic center.

Bit noisy road, but expectable in Italy. Soft beds like everywhere in Italy. Dust on the "art work" above bed.
