Excellent hotel. Decent sized room for Tokyo standards, and well appointed.
Very well located, only 30 metres from metro station entrance.
Quiet area, but eating and drinking options a short walk away.
Staff helpful and attentive.
The hotel had a really nice roof terrace, but nothing much was being done with it. Perhaps they could think about opening a bar or snack/drinks outlet up there. Seemed a shame to waste it.

Really clean hotel, nice facilities.
I think it was a bit too expensive.

Breakfast was an amazing array of foods beautifully prepared, in a lovely dining room. Both Japanese and Western options were available. Attentive staff. Loved the public bath after a long day of sightseeing. The location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of other areas. Could see Mt, Fuji from our room on a clear day. We requested a room on an high floor with a view of Mt. Fuji, and it seems the hotel made a real effort to provide this. Loved the artwork. Easy to get to, with three subway/train stations nearby. Would definitely stay here again if I'm lucky enough to return to Tokyo.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is new and very well maintained. It is conveniently located with access to 3 subway stations in a quiet and green part of the city centre. We are fortunate to be able to view Mt Fuji from our hotel room!
Not much dining options around hotel, with nearest convenient store about 5-7 minutes away.

The location is great, right next to the subway station - Marunoichi line. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the station itself.
It is about a 10-15 subway ride to Shinjuku station.
The balcony has a great view.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, smells nice, and the bathrooms are great.
They provide pajamas, toiletries, and slippers. There is free water that is given every day of the stay as well.
They have a fitness room (no weights though), public bath, and laundry machines.
The first part of my trip, I stayed on the 12th floor, it was great.
The second part of my trip, when I returned to Tokyo, I was on the 5th floor. It was nice, but you could occasionally hear the subway if you're a light sleeper. Not a dealbreaker though.
Facilities are nice, room is comfy, a bit small, but normal for Tokyo. You can comfortably fit 1-2 suitcases.

Anything. Everything was perfect

I liked the balcony from our room and the view of the new stadium
I didn’t like how tiny our room was and the location wasn’t amazing

Great place to stay if you are looking to explore the Western half of Tokyo and splurge a bit on your lodging. The hotel is super close to many interesting places and neighborhoods. The room was clean, and the tub and shower were great. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice mix of options. The bakery on the ground floor is phenomenal and great for a quick bite. Staff are very patient and helpful. We loved the rooftop terrace. Great place to chat if staying with friends with a great view of the city and Mt. Fuji
The room is kind of small. It was difficult to open and arrange suitcases. The lighting in the sink/bathroom area is awful, with only one light directly overhead... It made it difficult to see what you were doing. Breakfast was good but did not feel like a great value. We had other hotel breakfasts outside Tokyo that were better and cheaper. The pillows are small and firm.

Love the location in a quiet area but easy access to public transportation.

The bath was lovely and staff was super friendly :)
It’s not a dislike, but would have been better to know there was another train station (or we may have missed a memo) right next to the hotel and walked to sendagaya with a hip injury ~
4.5
The breakfast was ok, not great. The food selection is quite limited for breakfast and the food serving area was very cramped. Although the staff were quite efficient. Since there is no commercial establishments near the hotel, eating breakfast at the hotel is almost the only choice.
As to the location, it’s really what you want for a hotel location. The hotel is surrounded by parks and is across from a national stadium. So it’s very quiet. There is a subway line whose entrance is practically next to the hotel. There is a JR train station that is about 4 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so it’s quite convenient, for example, it’s just 2 stops from the major commercial centre of Shinjuku. I actually like the hotel’s environment surrounding it, very tranquil. But If you want to be in a bustling area, then this hotel is not for you.
The breakfast is quite lack of selection. The room is on the small side. There is no English channel on TV and the remote control sucks. Since the room is quite small there is no surface to put your things. These are not huge issues, but just make the stay a little bit inconvenient.

Perfect location for live or match viewing in the national stadium. Very close to Shinjuku Gyoen Garden can take a walk there and then to the very busy Shinjuku. Oedo line and JR line connect literally everywhere. Nice bathroom and beautiful balcony. Love the Sekkisei kit.

This was quite close to public transport and to Tokyo station.

Good location, comfortable and quiet.
Nothing in particular

Nice location at stadium, friendly staff, very clean, nice view on skyline and stadium
Loud noise on balcony due to train rushing by; Checkout at 11:00am is very early and inconvenient

Excellent staff, breakfast was very good, on site bakery a nice touch. Close to a variety of Tokyo subway stations, lovely quiet area beside the Olympic stadium
4.5
Clean, well appointed, large corner room with balcony.
Restaurant could have more options available. There were more Italian than Korean food options available there.

The staff is very very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was excellent, right next to Sendagaya station which made it easy to explore Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro with the JR pass (about 15 minutes train ride away). Very quiet, very residential, right next to Shinju-Gyoen and a short, peaceful walk from 7-Eleven (about 10 minutes or less). View from the room and the terrace was lovely (Ginza, Chiyoda Skylines and the Skytree). The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast very rich and varied. What stood out to me was the public bath, it makes this Japanese habit really easy and accessible to foreigners too and I wish I would have taken further advantage of it during our stay. Has 2 smoking spaces, which was important to me as a smoker. Overall a very serene stay at this hotel and I missed it during our second leg in Tokyo.
I cannot think of a negative/con and I look forward to booking with this hotel again over our next visit to Japan. Keep up the excellent standards of hospitality.

the location was very good - we loved all the extra touches such as the pyjamas and toiletries! the staff were very kind, especially as we checked in past midnight.
We stayed three nights and it was very nice
It was quite noisy with the station being nearby, especially if you’re a light sleeper.
The gym was also very hot - would be great if they could add some dumbbells

Rooms are clean. Staff are all nice.
I wasn’t sure if the lounge is closed or not. There’s a sign that says closed. But i see people coming in and out.
Also, no place to eat in or around the property late at night. But i guess its not their fault.
