We have a list which will be communicated to you by my son. My input is based on my experience,as a disabled 77 year old woman. The elevator was great,as I cannot do stairs. However I think the addition of grab bars in the walk in showers,would be very wise. That is where the disabled will bathe,and there is nothing for us to hold onto. It is a fall waiting to happen. Perfect house for our family!! We had plenty of room to move around and living area was great size for us all to be together!! Table was huge we put together puzzles and played games!! Will definitely save this property to come back and stay again!!

Our family had a great trip. This property was more than I expected. Plenty of room for all of us inside and out. All the rooms were great. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked great. The location was right on the beach. Beautiful!! Highly recommend to everyone for your next beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect and the pool was such a bonus. Would have gave this property 5 stars but I felt it was in need of attention when it came to the furniture also there were a few maintenance problems but I must say as soon as I called management they came immediately. I would definitely come back.

First of all, the house was large enough to accommodate our 4 families - 9 adults and 7 children. The location is great, both with respect to the beach (easy access from the boardwalk) and restaurants, shopping etc... my 87 year old mother made good use of the elevator as she stayed on the 2nd floor since it had a walk-in shower. There were some downsides. First thing you see when you walk in is a hole in the floor covered with tape. Not a good impression. The furniture is badly stained and needs replacing. It was not as clean as it should be (don't look under the furniture), and the appliances need to be updated. Had to clean rust off the stove top to get the eyes to work, and one dishwasher didn't work at all while the other one took hours to complete the cycle. We called maintenance and they came right away, but told us there was nothing that could be done and that it was doubtful a new one could be installed before we left...which it wasn't...Tough on a large family that cooks and eats almost every meal in the house. For the amount of money we paid, at the very least the appliances should be in great shape. We rented it because of the large stove, 2 dishwashers, and 2 fridges (which did work well). Overall, the home needs updating but at the same time we enjoyed our week and were able to work around the problems.

We had a wonderful vacation at the beach house. We had a few minor issues the first day, but they quickly sent someone out and fixed the problems. Cory was great! Very helpful and nice. The house is right on the beach. The pool is as shown. Small, but fun for the kids. The kitchen comes with everything you’ll need. The beds were comfy. The ice maker is useful for coolers. The elevator worked great. This house checked all our boxes for a family vacation with multiple people at various ages (8-72). The few cons are the WiFi didn’t work well all the time and the chairs at the dining table were uncomfortable. But these were very minor things. Overall, we had a great experience. Definitely recommend this house for a large group for vacation.

From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was so comfortable and convenient. The home has plenty of room to enjoy. We celebrated my husband’s 60 th birthday with family. The double fridges, ovens, ice maker, coffee makers and more gave us the best kitchen for family lunches and dinners. The stores are close and great restaurants too. The beach was just steps away and beautiful. Having the small heated pool was great to relax in and by while enjoying the views of the ocean.

We had a large group there for a golf trip and the house was great for the group. The house had clearly been repaired recently and wasn’t complete (loose treads on the stairs, tape on the floor covering a hole I guess). Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, they sent someone out and left a hotspot that did not work well. The TV was connected to the Wi-Fi (YouTube tv) so we were without that too. Overall nice place but for the price would’ve preferred a little more attention to the details.

The Orange Beach house is in a wonderful location right on the beach. It is close to restaurants, shopping (actually within walking distance) and activities. It is in a small, secluded, quiet, safe area of homes. The house itself is wonderfully laid out and functional with 8 bedrooms, many baths, laundry, ice maker machine, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds , televisions in all rooms plus the upstairs sitting area. Plus private pool and boardwalk down to beach. Ample parking, we parked 5 autos. So many window to enjoy the amazing beach views. But I will say that the house as not as clean as we would have liked-maybe it was that days cleaning crew not doing a good job-but fingerprints on fridge, crumbs not wiped from lower kitchen cabinets, floors didn’t feel freshly cleaned. And, living area furniture seemed dated and needed cleaning. Downstairs curtains in living room also needed to be cleaned. Our family did enjoy our stay in OB and in your home.

I can not say enough good things about the location and layout of this house. Being right on the water and having a pool as well was terrific. We were near shopping, easy check in and out. Property managers were immediately attentive to a refrigerator issue. The kitchen/family space was fabulous!!! It perfectly held all 22 of us. For these reasons I would give it five stars! BUT between the very stained, ripped, worn or broken furniture, and an overall lack of cleanliness, I’m being generous giving it a three. It is such a great place and we would love to go back if we knew the much needed repairs and cleaning were done.

This is a beautiful house! It accommodated all of our family very well. The ice machine was a game changer! There are some issues that need to be addressed by management. Some of the furniture needs to be cleaned, There were stains on drapes, there was furniture that had dirt stains on them that needed to be cleaned. Dirty towels were found upstairs, and a fingernail was left on the dresser. Some of the drawers in the bedroom dressers fell off, and the doorhandle to the balcony was about to fall off. This is a beautiful house and we love staying there but there needs to be some repairs and deep cleaning of this property. I had a huge issue between Beach service companies that created a big problem for me. I had called the management company and asked about beach service and they told me to google it. There was a beach service set up in front of the house and it turned into a huge confrontation with the company I had hired. If I’d known they were there I would have used them. All of that being said, we really enjoyed our week here and this is a beautiful house.

My only disappointments were: I e-mailed the property manager ahead of time to see if there was a keurig machine because I didn't want to lug mine along if there was one already there and was told there was not one there. But there was. Couldn't saved that space. I also wish the property description had said there was an iron as I brought one of those needlessly as well. The elevator wasn't working when we arrive (with our big bags) and they promptly sent someone to fix it was unable to do so. Fortunately my husband figured out the problem and fixed so we told the guy who showed up near the end of our visit to replace a breaker circuit that they thought would fix it that it was already fixed! I booked this a year ago when the picture showed nothing around it. Now it is a construction zone. No way around that, I suppose, and fortunately we were there for a project that kept most of us away most of the day. But if coming for a peaceful day relaxing by the beach, it wouldn't be too peaceful at this point.

Wonderful place for a large group
The Home was a perfect fit for our family group as we gathered to celebrate my Father in laws life. The bedrooms were very spacious and the open family area was just perfect for eating and community gatherings. Right now there is still quite a bit of construction around the development so there may be some noise.

This property is absolutely stunning! We had such an amazing week staying here! The location is everything! You are steps away from the beach, the pool is the perfect size and the back deck allows you to relax and catch some sun. The house is located close to everything and if you aren’t looking to go out almost everything delivers to the house. We wished someone would have mentioned all the construction going on right beside the house. The entire vacation was spent with the sound of jackhammering wooden stilts into the ground all day...needless to say that wasn’t as relaxing as we imagined. Also, the water pressure in the house was super low as well as it took forever to get hot water. Those things just took a little more time than usual, but it was fine. We really enjoyed the location and will rent again!

Everything about the process was easy thanks to the communication of the PM. No problems at all, everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Beautiful beach house. My family and all my guests all enjoyed and we will always remember our time together here.

We had a group of 10 adults and 8 children under the age of 4. For our group, the space was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen space was enormous, and having the private pool was a game changer. We loved the house, and the location was great, with grocery stores (Walmart and Rouse's) just a couple minutes away. The beaches are amazing, and it was pretty empty in our area. The one caveat: while the smell wasn't very obvious during our stay, it is apparent that someone has previously smoked a LOT in the home. Once we got home, all families immediately noticed the heavy smoke smell in everything. We had to wash everything multiple times, air out suitcases, etc. Even baby bottles and bibs (rubber or plastic) reeked. Bummer, because we loved the house and our stay.
