If you arrive by marshrutka in Ortachala, this is a very convenient location for one night, otherwise it's a bit far from the city centre. Room was quite big and bathroom was clean. Receptionist did not speak English.

There was a bit of confusion upon check in, as I had already paid my booking online in advance, but the lady at the reception kept insisting the balance was due. I had to call a local friend to clarify the situation. Felt like they were trying to scam me.

The staff was extremely RUDE and uninterested. I arrived and showed them my booking and the check. the girl, who was at the reception, didn’t even move from her chair and said “this is wrong. you didn’t pay”. Without even trying to see the check. After I started threatening with police, she called the owner and he explained to her that he mentioned a different card in the booking. A whole 45 minutes I was standing there, in front of her, while she was talking on the phone. she didn’t even offer me to sit down, she was sitting this whole time in her chair without even moving or helping me. I was tired from my long flight with 2 big suitcases of baggage. In the end, she handed me the key to the room without even saying sorry or explaining where the room is and where I should go or anything.. The worst experience I have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Location is very good, it is in the city centre. The bedroom is spacious enough.

The bathroom is dirty. You need to wait for a minute for warm water. There is a socket next to the shower which poses big threat.

toilet did not work in my room, the floor is dirty in some places. the receptionist refused to help print the bus ticket. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. stay away from here

humidity on the ceiling, damaged(but functional shower curtain), angry/bipolar management (you hear her yelling from your room), weak door(no maintenance on them, you need to lock yourself to keep the door closed), pill covers were ripped/undone
