Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Carmel-by-The-Sea und wir freuen uns, Ihnen dieses neu erbaute, geräumige 2-Bettzimmer Pied-a Terre mit EN SUITE BATHS anbieten zu können. Luxuriös gestaltet mit einem offenen Grundriss mit Küchenchefs GRANITKÜCHE MIT ZENTRALINSEL, FLIESENBODEN, GRANITZUSCHÜSSIGKEITEN & WANDERUNGEN IN DUSCHEN, VOLLWÄSCHEREI-ANLAGEN und einem Ort, an dem Sie ALLE Carmel-Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Strand erreichen können . Neu auf dem Markt für Urlaubsvermietungen ab Mai 2019 haben wir die Innenräume sorgfältig für den Komfort unserer Gäste gestaltet. Das Gebäude besteht aus zwei Mieteinheiten. Beide Einheiten sind identisch. Beide Wohnräume sind völlig getrennt mit eigenen Eingängen. Die zwei Schlafzimmer-Einheiten sind knapp 1300 Quadratmeter. Die erste Einheit befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und die zweite befindet sich im zweiten Stock (über der ersten Einheit). Jede Einheit hat eine eigene Auflistung bei VRBO. Diese Auflistung beherbergt UNIT 1 im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Carmel-by-The-Sea und bietet immer noch eine eher private Umgebung, da die Maisonette-Apartments weit entfernt von der Straße liegen und von anderen ruhigen Inns umgeben sind.

Property was a gem of a find and the perfect location to unwind post family wedding in Napa. We've stayed in Carmel several times over the years and loved the idea of being so close to Ocean in the heart of town. We were able to walk everywhere. The place itself was well appointed and very comfortable for two couples. Super responsive management team when one small issue arose (fire alarm). Highly recommend this place and we would stay there again.

This property was so prefect for our girl's trip! The unit is beautiful, clean, very well equipped and perfect location. We walked everywhere around Carmel from the house. The owner is amazing, accommodating and available. This is my second stay at this property and hopefully won't be my last!

For dining and shopping this was perfect. I didn't realize the unit was below grade. There was a musty smell we could not get rid of, not sure what it was. Also one of our guests had a very difficult time with the door lock. Amenities and supplies were perfect!

Beautiful Place in Carmel
My husband and I spent 3 nights in this Unit and it was fantastic, exactly like it looks in the pictures. Everything we needed was there and the interior design is very well done. When we checked in the place was immaculate and clean, exactly what you want to see in the age of Covid.
Your can't beat the location - walking distance to everything. Also, 2 car off-street parking right in front of the Unit is a huge plus. Just park the car and walk everywhere.

Great End to Spring Break!
We stayed in Carmel for the second half of our spring break in March 2022. It was an outstanding trip! This property is fantastic!!! Well-appointed, spotless, and a perfect location for exploring Carmel. Easy walk to downtown shops and dining. Would recommend this location to anyone!!!
