Our communication with the hosts was good and timely. They were very welcoming and the stay was stress-free and comfortable.

Everything was great- we couldn't have asked for more.

the warm welcome of the hosts. both husband and wife were exceptionally welcoming. nice and kind hearted. wow , I have traveled and stayed at many properties all year around , this experience was different and amazing. all my staff felt they were home. everything in the property was of a class , spaces and highly appealing to return again and enjoy the experience.

we had no complaints, just a sincere thanks to the hosts that they haven’t left anything for us to complain about? good Job

I was travelling with my 2 children and we loved our stay. Everything was spotless and beautifully thought out. The cottage is like a home away from home with luxe touches like lovely linen, a fireplace and super comfy beds. Perfect for families. Our host was so kind and helpful.

Clean, a nice comfortable place, accommodating hosts, well-equipped kitchen. Lots of coffee and tea.

As I was there for a family dinner, arranged with the owner, I found the well equipped kitchen, parking, view, table, seating, heat pump of extreme value. In addition, very good mirrors, full mirrors in both rooms and good wardrobes, which is great for getting ready. The storage cupboard/wash area being tucked away was also great for hiding away clutter liker chiller bags and carry alls.

Its due to how other people use accomodation, that some must take advantage of the opportunity, however as a good visitor myself I didn't like feeling the weight of past history. It would be good if there was a rating for guests too, so that future bookings appreciate they dont have to worry!

Fully self contained, very comfortable and cosy, the owners have got it just right.

Traffic was only small issue, but that is the case everywhere in Tauranga and surrounds.

The Edge Tauriko is outstanding accommodation. Beautifully appointed and ultra comfortable, the cottage has obviously been lovingly and meticulously planned. The kitchen/dining is large and well stocked with cooking & dinnerware, the bedrooms are gorgeous & super comfy, the bathroom is modern & roomy (loved the shower head👌) and the lounge is comfy & well stocked with the usual devices, plus a games shelf. Everything is very clean and there are lots of homely touches, including a lovely meet & greet with Karin & Harry, to make us feel relaxed and at home. Oh, did I mention it has a great view, with a verandah & furniture!!

just a bit of traffic noise but didn't bother me. Not a problem but it would have been perfect paradise without it. Highly recommend

The Edge was beautifully decorated, large, clean, bright and the host provided toiletries, milk and cookies which was a lovely gesture.

Busy motorway noise and vibration and also terrible access if not coming from Tauranga. Pillows all huge and hard giving me a sore neck.

Loved the decor, style, layout, comfy beds, cute cottage, friendly owners and cows too. nice and cosy. close to the crossing mall.

the only thing I’d add is a wee coffee machine.

Have stayed here before and will no doubt stay again next time we are in NZ. The accomodation is super clean and super comfy. It’s conveniently located just up the road from the Crossing which offers shopping/dining/supermkt. Hosts are helpful and welcoming.

There is a little bit of noise from the road and the access onto the road can also be a little tricky in peak hour traffic.

clean, homely and private. our toddlers didn’t have any trouble making it a temporary home.

Great facilities with friendly hosts and excellent cleanliness. The accommodation is also located conveniently close to the Tauranga Crossing shopping center.

The Edge is tucked away, very private and super clean. The owner Karin was really helpful and went beyond what was expected.
