The beach was beautiful.

The food was really bad. The fruits all mixed up, and the food trays looked dried out and overcooked by the warmers. No order was observed in the dining area by the guess. The staff was insufficient in the dining and reception areas. It took more than 30 minutes to check in. The pool areas were overcrowded, the facilities were insufficient for the number of guesses. The towels in the pool looked old and overused,

I love the location and how close it was in proximity to the beach and other restaurants. The staff was accommodating and very attentive. The price was great for a place with its own private beach front.

The room smelled like mold and had visible signs of rot in the bathroom door. The safe was rusted and could not be used. The food was great for the special event dinners, but the other buffets were lacking options.

The sea view room has a great view and one of the servers named Edgar was one of the only positives on this so called resort

The sea view room was big but old, run down, dirty, uncomfortable bed springs popping thru and no mini fridge. The food was cold, tasteless and beyond crappy. Drinks were terrible as well

Our check in went smoothly and we were able to go tour room quickly. The grounds were very nice.

The resort is out dated. The bedding was not very nice and the bathrooms did not have hair dryers, plus the towel sets were not complete. The rules for in buying food at pool and eating at hotel were weird, depending on your color of wristband, paying in cash for items at hotel was not permitted at snack bar...........just strange. People were color coded for classification.

The Krystal is a good location. Close too the beach. Short ride to the Malecon. Although check in was 3:00 pm we were able to have our room at 12:00 pm. Staff were friendly and helpful. My husband was well served by the bar staff at the pool.

The Krystal is very tired! Our room was not equipped with towels when we got in. I asked a staff in the hall for towels and she brought 4 big towels. I later called for hand towels and a bath mat. The furniture is definitely showing signs of wear and it is obvious they have tried to cover that up. The beds were small and the pillows were like little bricks. The pool we went to has a lovely setting but the pool furniture is past its prime the pool water was quite cold. The door handle to the womens washroom by the pool was not functional and would not latch. The restaurants and pool food area are definitley set up for all inclusive guests. We were only there for one night and didn't have all inclusive. The buffet didnt seem that great. I went to the main dining room to see if I could order some lunch. The people there were accommodating and I order Hamburgers for the three of us. They were alright. Bun was soggy. I would likely try and find another place to stay next time I need one night in PV.

The customer service provided by Lilian Torres, she was very nice and kind, she took us to our room and was very polite.

The bathroom of the room 2412 was broken and the shower did not work properly.

people would be following us around and taking pictures of us when we ate at the main restaurant our waiter was always standing right behind me and I watched him slip something in my husbands drink. he then continued to ask why we weren’t eating or drinking after I told my husband what he did
