Todo me pareció bien comida y servicio y el show me gustó mucho
8.0
the drinks, restaurant food, rotating buffet meals, the daily pool activities, very friendly staff, all the friendly guests as well!, the shows at club nitro
a long checkin due to our room being not ready, so many wasps at breakfast due to the buffet being outside, the vendors right outside the hotel swarming you while in the pool or as soon as you step off the property

Comfortable all inclusive resort… beach is beautiful… staff is friendly… food was great… they had free shows almost every evening
Not much room to walk after dinner… you would need to go to downtown for that…

The property is well kept. I walk the grounds early one morning and saw the workers cleaning and keeping up the property.
The bars and the bartenders are horrible. They make better drinks for other Mexicans. I watched them for two days.

The food was terrible. The place was just falling apart
10.0
The location, they have a different restaurants in the same place and also the have a bar by the beach which it was so convenient
I would like they have a closer washroom by the beach then we don’t have to walk all the way back to the hotel.

Easy to access from the airport. Two great pools and oceanfront property with great views.
Rooms smelled musty.

Our balconies had great views, there was someone making omelets every morning at the breakfast buffet (she also has bacon, you have to ask for it though - there is no sign), there was always fresh meat/seafood being grilled at the lunch and dinner buffets, the buffet had a nice selection and good variation at lunch and dinner time, there is fresh fruit available at all meals and in the snack areas, the snack place between the buffet and main pool serves burgers, hot dogs, nachos with cheese, and French fries from 10-6 and it was all surprisingly very good, The Breeze bar was really nice and we got seating pretty easily and the service was good, The Breeze served paninis and fresh fruit until 6pm, in the morning, you can get coffee at The Breeze or the main lobby or buffet or the first floor over by the elevator to get to the rooftop bar, there was an awesome drink menu at the bars and all of the bartenders made consistently good drinks, Rosario who worked mainly at The Breeze was so sweet and kind, the desserts in the buffet were really tasty and not overly sweet, you can get food literally any time of day, you can use kayaks for free starting at 10am, you can rent jet skis for 1000 pesos per 30 minutes per jet ski, we brought tumblers to get drinks in and the hotel staff has zero problem with that, staff was constantly cleaning - even the walls! The place is very, very clean and manicured, there was a live band one day that was awesome in the main pool area, we saw bioluminescent algae around 08:30 pm on the beach. It was incredible! The views of the mountains are beautiful, even though it was next to a cruise port, it was not loud or crowded from that cruise port. You almost wouldn’t know it was there if not for the actual boat. You can parasail right from the property and go on many types of boat and fishing tours right from the property. You can get vapes, cigars, and other products right on the beach from a vendor.
the food at the buffet is not labeled/improperly labeled, the rooftop pool and bar is super nice but was very very crowded at times, the rooftop pool bar and the main pool bar close by 7pm, the hot tub in our room didn’t have working jets and the hot tub in the main area didn’t actually act as a hot tub, there are so many vendors on the beach that will constantly harass you. they are persistent and they come into the roped off area of chairs that say it’s exclusively for hotel guests. nobody stops it from happening. It was to the point that we could not even have a conversation without being interrupted at least once per minute. even if you are sitting at The Breeze and trying to eat and drink and talk, they will interrupt you to try and sell you something. We found it very hard to relax on the beach for that reason, so we stayed in the pool area. The main pool didn’t get very crowded. everyday, we watched people lay down a towel and “reserve” the day beds and chairs and then not return for hours, even though the hotel has a policy against this. it is not enforced. You have to make a reservation to eat at one of the specialty restaurants and you have to make that reservation by 9am. Our air conditioner did not work the day we checked in and it took 5 hours before maintenance came and we ended up having to switch rooms (we requested, because it couldn’t be fixed) at 10 pm. The room service is NOT included! I found that very confusing and unclear. it cost 370 pesos or $4 USD that you will be asked to pay at check out. The nightly entertainment includes the family hotel next door and the night our group went was a Disney themed something at 08:30 PM across the street.

resort staff were amazing. energetic and entertaining
rooms were dated(not like the pics….I’d recommend a suite) musty smelling, Buffett was ok…omelettes were the best thing. drinks were ok…only had modelo beer so we went and bought our own 😕. the night club was NOT a club by any means. we could only book one a La cart restaurant beacsue it was impossible to book…and the food was gross and we went to the buffet.

Location on the beachfront between airport & central district. Social center (Nitro) across the street for programs & “nightclub”. Nice grocery store about 5 minutes walk; WalMart 15 minutes by foot. Costco about 10 minutes by car. Varied activities calendar. Theme restaurants for evening dining; buffets for all meals, too.
Some staff exceptional; others only interested in tips. Oscar @ reception appears intelligent & intuitive. Variety of rooms from older to more modern, ocean-front to facing tennis court. Events every evening. Fridge in room w/ drinks, refreshed on request. I enjoy using the kayaks supplied. Occasional nature lectures in the evening.
This was the first of the 5 times I have stayed here that I booked w/ Booking.com: the rest have been packages with airline vacation plans. Certainly the check-in was less cordial, and although my “Genius” status was acknowledged with an “upgrade” to ocean-facing, my booking had been for a king bed, but I got two double beds. This visit I found staff in dining area less attentive than other visits. The “all-inclusive” does not extend to tipping, and you’ll go through $5-$10 per day for waiters, bellmen, bartenders…

The hotel crew was amazing.
Great restaurants.
Superb location.
Great jewlery market as an invent.
There was no such thing. If I could recommend one thing in future is to have an app for reservation of the restaurants with the news of all events happening.

Breakfast as well as other items were fairly standard. Nothing overwhelmed me but that’s typical for all inclusive
A lot of people complained about the older rooms I didn’t see it because I specifically requested the new tower which get close to luxury
Rooftop pool was murky appears adults were drinking and peeing in the water

The amenities were great, food was delicious and most of the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the place.
We didn't like some desserts from one of the specialty restaurants but in general food is delicious.
