حجم الجناح مناسب جدااا المرافق مناسبة للسعر

تم الحجز عن طريق البوكينك لزوجين واثنين اطفال صغار وتم الاتصال بهم للتأكيد على ان تكون الغرفتين بجوار بعض.. وللاسف لم يتم ذلك وبعد تأخير 45 دق تم توفير جناح من غرفتين مع زيادة في المبلغ !!! اسرة النوم غير مريحة نهائيا (سرير عائلي ولكن اللحاف فردي!!!!)

Everything,specially the free shuttle bus they provide for their customer,which is a really good thing,and thats come to and fro 24/7(at specific timings)..alhamdullilah may allah give them more barakah. Room was quite spacious. Masjid al haram is about 10 to 15mins drive from the hotel. If u want to go by taxi it will charge u between 30 to 40 riyal

The only thing was a weired smell were coming from the washroom all the time,dont know from where but it was a very bad smell,I had to go to the washroom by closing my nose all the time

It was clean comfortable.

They took half hour at counter and i had to come 3 times on reception for door access card.

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Everything about this hotel is amazing.

For people visiting this hotel , I would like to say some points which would be useful if you are opting for this hotel. 1) The area is like a posh cloth market like top 10 and other big clothing and accessories store and usually they are open till late night. 2) I went in ramazan, so can't comment but I was not able to observe restaurants in this area. Yes, didn't searched either. 3) as of now, only tower 1 is operational , that is the 1st building on right if you go from the main road. So don't waste time in searching for hotel by going around the entire hotel complex. 4) Rooms were great and spacious . 5) staff was highly friendly and helpful. 6) you will get normal taxis to haram or any place anytime easily as it is located on main road.
