L'Ascenseur est très lent on peut faire une trentaine de minutes pour monter a P11 à la réception

الأثاث قديم جداً و السرير غير مريح، كيبل التلفاز لا يعمل، وحصلت حشرات في الحمام ، لا اعلم هل هي موجودة من قبل ام تعلقت في ملابسنا بعد العمرة.

Property was not as clean as per its cost and raring.

The receptionists were good and ready to assist. However, calling from room does not work. Taxi fair from hotel is 3 to 4 times expensive. The staff who help with Taxi are not honest. They know how to rip the customer. I still suggest for this hotel for its location. However, they have a lot to improve.

Very prime location just meters away from Haram and all facilities, shops and restaurants. Room size is big Room amenities

furniture is a little bit old. waiting for elevator between ground floor and reception takes forever both ways. room lighting is not good

I didn’t like this time at all, when I arrived, room was not ready, I waited one hr and they gave me different room. And that room was not ready and basic items were missing.

Staff was not that cooperative, it was worst experience than all the previous times.

The location, breakfast, plenty of lifts so no long waiting, polite staff, the view of masjid al haram was awesome - highly recommended if you are staying with family and you have children or elderly

The staff were rude we had to wait 4 hours in the lobby as Pullman said Booking.com did not pay the hotel when I paid Booming.com a week before arriving

When we arrived we found different room that is not the one I choose on booking

Phenomenal location close to the haram

Outdated rooms and decor. Bathroom smelt funky. Breakfast left much to be desired for a British/ indo pak diet

النظافة تقييمي لها سيء المفارش لها ريحه ، الحمام مو نظيف والمويه مو نظيفه وكان خربان الحمام واتصلنا على العامل يصلح المويه ، ماحطوا لنا معجون اسنان وفرشه ولا سليبر ولا شي بس صابون وشامبو . الشي اللي يشفع لهم انها قريبه من الحرم وبالرغم اني اخذ جناح لكن للاسف مافيه اي مميزات ولا حتى اطلاله

Bed was not good, did sleep well. Stay had bad experience… Prayer mat was not there. Brushing kit and shaving kit are not there.. i called the desk and they didnt give it.. and again asked room cleaning staff, even they also didnt give.. and at last i got it on the day of check out.😊

الموظفين في ال لإستقبال عند الحجز متعاونين الأخوان في. المطعم. جداً راقين وخدومين فى p13 هناك مسؤل مصري جداً جداً ذوووق للأسف ماعرفت اسمه. لكنه متواجد يومياً

الإتصال لطلب خدمه. عبر الهاتف غير جيد لابد من اتصال ثاني ويمكن ثالث لتلبيت الطلب مثلا ً بالأمس طلبت خدمة تنظيف الغرف لم. يأتون الي بعد ماغادرة الغرفه بنصف ساعه وانا احب ان اكون متواجد اثناء دخول العماله

The location of the hotel is perfect and the fact that there are lots of elevators to accommodate all the visitors of the tower is awesome + the food was good & definitely can’t forget to mention the amazing & attentive staff members

We were disappointed by the long wait to check in, we wish a new system was available to reduce the long wait in reception & the big disappointment was the hotel’s furnitures, it definitely needs renovation especially the beds. It wasn’t comfortable at all & the staff tried to help us by moving us to another room but some of the rooms had carpet smells. We believe renovation is mandatory

the room was way too cold there werent enough towels in the room for the three persons. the housekeeping could have been done a little better. the food at suhor was average.

Only advantage is a step away from Masjid Al Haram

1. Check in process very slow and desk receptionist don't care about customer busy hugging and kissing there friend's in Middle of check in process and I felt they give first preference to arabic speaking and not for subcontinent personal. 2. Room facilities were not provided until made request 3. Wifi was not able connect 4. Sahoor buffet was not full(no refill of dishes) had to wait for drinking water as it was not filled in the container 5. Bell boys were literally looting from guests usually taxi fare from haram to railway station is about 20 to 30 riyal but they were demanding 120 riyal for a taxi to call. Pullman being a reputable property should take care about these issues. NEXT TIME" BIG NO TO STAY IN PULLMAN ZAMZAM"

Cleanliness of the rooms, the carpets were very dirty. No slippers were provided.
