Great location and very clean and comfortable! Kudos to the staffs!

We got the 1big bed but they gave us the room consist of 2twin beds joined up and that’s makes us not that comfortable with the bed but overall it’s a nice stay and definitely will come back more often!

The room's clean, kind staff, and smells nice. Was expecting though to use some complimentary items for basic necessities but there was none. We had a good stay and relaxing sleep anyway. Thank you

Comfortable beds, hot shower, Internet fine, good black blinds.

Location, very noisy during the day due to building works. Only cable tv not smart.

We checked in late and the receptionist allowed us to check out late. Thank you for the exceptional service.

The bed sheets including the towels were not changed. You can see it when you close the curtain. Horrible experience. I was tired and about to sleep. Check the bed first.

Friendly reception, decent location not too far from LRT, but not too busy and close to Binondo sights. Clean and good value.

It’s in China Town, where Infrasturucture is still developing around. Nevertheless it is close to the downtown.

Intelligent design room, has everything you need in a tight space. Most importantly it was clean, smelled good and everything functioned as it should.

No facilities, lack of shops around, taxi's were hard to find, location was a little too far from the hustle. There is no pool or gym.

there was a small cockroach that greeted me at the door to ask for some assistance, you had to either go down to their receptionist or download their app to chat with them online (which was a ploy for them to get your contact details/data) no free slippers

The service was amazing, via chat accessible and very helpful, I required to have some documents printed and they were very forthcoming in helping me out and printing it. Clean and decent rooms, shower was perfect and all was well. Parking was very accessible and decent! We were allowed to park there a bit after check out. Awesome!

There was no water included in the room, also they didn't have any available at the front desk to buy at that moment. If you're tired during the heat, that's too bad.

The whole stay is good. I like the bed it so comfortable
