In general this property met our needs. Elevator didn't work all the time and needs a new mattress in the king room. The pool and hot tub were great and it was very clean. Would stay again.

The unit is in a good location near the airport. You can Uber or Lyft conveniently to any location on Key West or Stock Island. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath clean condo with a community pool and hot tub. Kitchen is small but has what we needed. Overall would stay here again.

Management company tried to find a new mattress but could'nt even though we found 2 at a mattress store not far away. House keeping did bring more blankets and mattress pads to help but unit should not be listed as 6 person until a new mattress is installed. Unit was clean although lacked any kitchen spices or salt and pepper. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. Washer and dryer worked and beds were comfortable in the bedrooms. TV in living room would not turn on and wifi was down for a day but worked well other wise. Parking was easy and ample. Nice quiet unit on 1st floor but must use stairs or elevator to get there as ground floor is parking. Overall would rent again but only for 4 people until couch bed issue is resolved.

Enough of the basics (soap, t.p., etc.) to get you started. There was a washer and dryer in this unit, which was a huge bonus. This unit is located just around the corner (literally) from smathers Beach. It is also a straight shot down A1A/Truman ave to get downtown to Duval street. I have stayed at various properties through KWVPR all 5 times that I've visited key west and wouldn't recommend anyone else. Their pricing is extremely competitive and their customer service is exceptional. If you're contemplating a hotel vs. one of their properties, do yourself a favor and book through KWVPR.

Nothing to complain, great apartment… Just a little pricey, like everything else in Key West

You can here everything above you, we got no sleep! Bar stools dragging across the floor, people walking , dropping stuff on floor, walls are paper thin between units. You hear the air planes taking off and landing at the airport. We burned up in the unit! It will only allow you to turn down air to 71 degrees. We had to sweep the place when we got to the unit as there was stuff all over the floor. People at pool after 10pm making noise. Had to park away from building several times as there was no parking. Dog barking all night on the deck a few units down. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, unit is old and dated, several coats of paint on everything trying to make it look new. I will never stay anywhere near this area in Key West again.

Wonderful condo and very comfortable!

The property was fine but needed to be updated. Doors were cracked, paint was peeling, pots and pans need to be replaced and increased. It was difficult to cook with what was there. The microwave was broken. The beds were comfortable but there was only 1 towel per person which meant dealing with damp towels after the first shower or having to use the coin laundry. The pool was nice but there were always people gathering in the parking lot and talking loud late at night and early in the morning. Also, workers were drilling in a nearby apartment. it was a great location but if we return we would stay in a different apartment.

Need better accouterments in the kitchens. No cutting board no wine glasses ????? Crappy pans. Not cooking friendly.

We spent the extended weekend at the property with another couple and it was perfect. The 2 beds and 2 baths allowed for privacy, while the central area/kitchen/balcony allowed for great conversations. It was very clean, and convenient to have the fridge and kitchen amenities. It is not close to many of the touristy attractions, but with a rental car, it all worked out. I'd stay again.

Ok. Units varied. Family staying in unit down hall had newer furniture and washer dryer. Unit needs instructions for TV. WiFi signal week. But close to pool and easy to get to. Plenty of parking

The property was nicer than I expected and the condo was clean. We are a family of 4 adults (aged 18 through 78) and it was the perfect size for us but would be cramped for 6 in my opinion. Honestly, it was a great home base for us. Roomy enough. Comfy beds. Wi-fi was good. Super easy check-in and check-out with their app. Parking was ample. The location was great. You will need to drive to pretty much any attraction in Key West but it is an easy--and short--drive anywhere you want to be. The airport is right around the corner and did not disturb us in the least. The pool area appeared nice but we did not use it as we were always headed off paddleboarding, kayaking, or jet skiing. We did have a couple of annoyances with this unit. We felt the kitchen was poorly appointed. I know that lots of people don't want to cook on vacation but we are weird and like to make all our breakfasts and lunches as well as occasional simple dinners. That's why we stay at a rental rather than a hotel. There were no sharp knives--I mean NO sharp knives--which was a hindrance to even simple kitchen tasks. There were 2 salt shakers but no pepper. No plastic wrap for any leftovers. No sheet pans for the oven. The unit does not have its own grill but I think there may be a community charcoal grill. Our other "complaint" was that we could not find the thermostat to turn the air conditioner off. We were FREEZING at night! Used the app to reach out to maintenance and never heard back so we did our best to close the vents so problem essentially solved. I'm sure we could have called the office during work hours but we were busy having fun and we felt we had created a solution that satisfied us. All things considered, we will definitely return to Key West and all four of us agreed we would definitely consider staying here at this unit again.

It was very easy and accurate on all points...no questions at all

We enjoyed our stay and the location was good for our activities which involved fishing out of a nearby dock and out of Cudjoe Key. A nearby shopping center was convenient for groceries, sandwiches etc. Some items that would improve the experience include some more kitchen items. There were no sharp knives or small knives or scissors, no cutting surfaces, minimum number of drinking glasses and the microwave display did not work. The towels were nice and plentiful and the beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean. Checkin procedures for after hour arrival could be improved. The address of the condo building is not provided, only the office address and the signs on the building parking spaces underneath the condo building are not indicative of the unit numbers inside. The condo building address should also be provided to minimize confusion. Parking space at the condo is limited and if you come back later in the evening after dinner you may find no spaces to park. We also never found a control for the air conditioning to regulate temperature in the condo. There was no information on the Internet which could easily have been provided with a small list of information in the unit for guests to read on arrival.The unit is dated but we knew that when we rented it from other reviews and it was still comfortable and a good choice for our group.
