قريب من الخدمات لكن يوجد اماكن اخرى محترمه ساذهب لها فالمره القادمه

تم الاتصال علي انا وصديقتي من قبل المدير المناوب في يوم الجمعه ليسالنا هل خرج من عندنا ضيف ؟! قلت لا قال متاكده كنا نايمين ماستوعبنا الكلام ورجعنا اتصلنا كيف خرج من عندنا احد اي جنسيه قال مغربي زاد استغرابنا وشعرنا بالخوف لو قالو انثى كان اهون الموضوع من ذكر نزلنا واستفسرنا كيف يتم الاتصال بغرفه بنات وامام الاصنصير ومليان كميرات من دون التاكد ليش الازعاج فاخبرنا ان مراقبه الكيمرات يخبرون الامن والامن يخبر المديرر المناوب هنا شكنتا فعلا وعند خروجي طالبت بمشاهده الكيمرات لان فعلاً كنا نايمين و تم تصريفي من قبلهم بان مدير الكيمرات عندو ظرف وماداوم قلت حجي بكره قال له يومين ماجى قلت يعني ماحيجي بكره قلت اوكي حجي اشوف قال هوا نشوف وقتها اذا حيوافق ولالا لان ماتسرق شي من عندك عشان نراجع الكميرات يعني يتم الاتصال واتهام انو رجل خرج من الغرفه عادي ولو مارديت ع التلفون العامل عادي يفتح الباب بالكرت ويدخل وكاله من غير بواب للاسف كنت عازمه صديقتي معاي وشعرت بالاحراج من مكان مفروض له اسمه

الموقع ع شارع عام مزعج جداً غير مناسب للعوائل بتاتاً نظافة الغرف سيئة والموكيت متسخ جداً السرير غير مريح اصوات عاليه ومزعجة في الممرات اخر الليل لايوجد الة كوفي كثرة المناظر الخادشه التأخير في تسجيل الدخول

الافطار جيد. التكييف في مطعم الافطار بارد جدا. أعجبني اهتمام الاستاذ أدهم في الاستقبال وحرصه على تقديم افضل خدمه واستقبال للضيوف. واشكر كذلك الاستاذ هاني مشرف الاستقبال والاستاذه كريستينا في الاستقبال على دعمهم ومساعدتهم وكذلك زملاؤه جميعم ولا أنسى الاستاذه منى والاستاذ بطرس من الهاوس كيبينق لمساعدتهم لي وحرصهم على راحة الضيوف.

The staff at the Sheraton Cairo were fantastic - friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was great - clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The room was very good and was cleaned to a good standard. We were given club lounge access on the 26th floor, which was v.good. The service was extremely good and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast had good choices and nothing was too much trouble.

The swimming pool area was not as expected, couldn't get a drink and no staff at the towel station.

السواقين اللي تحت في البدروم انتبهو منهم في الاسعار غاليه بالحيل لو تخذ وبر اوفر وامان واحسن او تطلع على الشارع تخذ تاكسي تتفق معه وشكرا

Excelente café da manhã. Perto de tudo, porém não é aconselhável transitar à pé em razão do transito intenso. Quarto grande e cama muito confortável

Room size and the balcony

Staff are rude and they are not professional - the cleaning guy was taking in front our door too loudly several times. - we got several calls through the room telephone that we don’t know why. - in the socend day one staff knocked the door and wake us up because as he said that there are old staff in the refrigerator despite that the refrigerator was closed and we did not ask for anything.

 I checked into the Sheraton on the 14th of August and checked out on the 1st of September. Since I’m staying in a hotel alone in a country I don’t know very well, I thought the Sheraton would be one of my top options. I had an extremely pleasant stay at the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is their staff, they would go above and beyond to help you with anything you need, “no” is not in their vocabulary. I had access to the club level and the receptionists at the club, Myriam, Raghda, Mai, and Marian would always make sure that I am enjoying my stay, Myriam would even call my room to see if I need anything. As for the wait staff in the club level, they are some of the best wait staff I’ve seen. Bilal, Mahmoud, Suzanne, Ayman, Jamal, Sameh, Mahammed, and Nirvana even started knowing my likes and dislikes only after a couple of days. The gentleman who cleans the club level always does it proficiently and quietly. He's always on top of cleaning without disturbing anyone, a true professional! As for room service, food will always come in promptly and fresh, Khalid from room service will also make sure to bring me a complementary plate of fruits and sweets, and he always has the brightest smile on his face, he would always make sure to set the table and chair before leaving, something i haven'tseen in other hotels. Room cleaning is also impeccable. Hajar cleans my room everyday and she makes sure that she brings me the XL towels I like, and she even knew where I liked my personal belongings without me even having to say a word. The observation skills and attentiveness of the staff is high level. The hotel also has an in-house car service, Mustafa, the gentleman running the service, always accommodated my needs professionally and promptly. There is a nice little Café at the ground level, and Habiba, the lady who works there, always greets me with the brightest smile whether I buy something or not. Even their phone operators are the friendliest I’ve seen.
