I’m a regular customer in this hotel since 30 years and I feel home really

You should not keep families rooms with single men rooms it was very disturbing this time the voice of the customers and it was very loud

Location

Bathroom was terrible. Water leaking from light above shower. Tub is way to narrower for seniors and can’t move at all with the grab bars making things even narrower. Excessive chalking and bottom of bathroom door is rotting away. Sorry to say that a complete renovation is needed. Based off the condition of bathroom, we wouldn’t stay here again.

عدم وجود طاولات وكراسي كافيه في المطعم وقت الافطار وتعطل كرت الغرفه بشكل مستمر اكثر من مره في اليوم

The room had a lovely balcony and views. The location is good.

Had to ask for a hair dryer. Need some USB phone charging ports

Location good, Concierge team extremely good. Variety of restaurants in the hotel very good.

Waiters and restaurant staff seemed to lack basic guest skills and basic knowledge. Always longs waits when asking for simple things like a glass or cutlery. Bathroom amenities had been already opened when we got to the bathroom Breakfast Jam had already been opened and used when we went to use. I booked a room with bay bed and child bed and none were in the room on arrival. They would not bring the child's bed until i went back to reception to pay a charge. No flexibility there.

Location is nice lobby. Staff are friendly

No activity in the hotel.

الموقع رائع والاطلاله جميله وطاقم العمل قمة في الاخلاق والتعامل وأخص الاستاذ محمود لتعامله الراقي وحسن استقباله الفندق به كل المرافق من مطاعم وكافيهات وسوق حره وبازارات مختلفه

I found the room not clean

Staff are polite helpful, good location

Dishonest management, I requested my clothing to be cleaned and when I asked for the price before dropping it off the hotel said "we will tell you once it's done, I assumed it will cost double the standard prices outside and that's based on drinks, food prices inside the hotel, when my laundry was delivered the bill was £2170 egyptian pound which is a day light robbery as I pay %20 of that in Europe for the same load not in Egypt, asking for the price/ quote beforehand was like asking for a military secret, considering the price we paid for the room I don't believe the price for the laundry was justifiable Receipt attached,

Good place and good diversity of food Excellent team members

Check in could be better , some times the process going slowly
