The place is spotless clean. They take extra care with room service where it is provided twice daily. The staff were really helpful and accommodating and flexible.

Four seasons has the best service, clean room and good food.

We were disappointed with the big difference between four seasons nile city and four seasons at the first residence. We requested a nile view and we got a pyramids view which you cant even see! Even though the hotel confirmed that they will accommodate our request and highlight it as a top request, they failed too! we informed the hotel that we're honeymooners, and we got a message that we will get something extra special yet we didn't get anything special/ extra service.

-Housekeeping had to be reminded several times to change coffee capsules & replenish tissues (which is a no brainer for such a hotel) they said sorry though and corrected it in the end. which is what counts. -Pool bar / entertainment closes early with the last order 00:45. -Access to spa is not ideal (you have to pass by the people swimming and people having drinks and lunch on your way to spa) rather than a direct elevator. -For a stay of over one week the water of flowers was never changed. -A few points if corrected would make the hotel a 10/10 but for now it’s 8/10 and I will give it a second try.

they blocked the amount twice and did not release until we passed 14 days. it was a mistake from the lady. it’s large amount to block and they don’t care.

Property is excellent in it presentation, staff are very helpful.

I would recommend having an on-site taxi service for guests. I would also recommend trying to keep the area around the hotel some way cleaner. Pulling up to the hotel in a taxi is quite awkward if there is no space available in the designated set down area.

Service levels were excellent. Staff from reception to room service were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and the restaurant very nice venue. Overall one of the best hotels we ever stayed at.
