يكفى ان الفندق يحمل اسم جاز ليكون رائع وجميل كل شئ فى الفندق ممتاز الغرف والنظافة الشاطئ والهدوء وكل شئ مستر حسين خير مثال لمدير محترم محترف شكرا جزيلا له فقد ساهم بشكل رائع فى الاستمتاع بمميزات بالفندق وموظفين الاستقبال ممتازين تم ترقيه الغرفه فى لفته جميله منهم وشكر جزيل الى الشيف ايهاب من حسن استقباله فى المطعم وجمال الطعام والاهتمام بنا والسؤال الدائم منه على احتياجاتنا شكرا لمدير المطعم تجربه تستحق التكرار لان كل الفندق بما فيه وما يحتويه على افضل ما يكون شكرا للجميع بحق

This is a fantastic hotel. We chose it because reviews said it was the best in Dahab. There are lots of staff who are friendly and look after the guest very well. I could not fault them. Food in the buffet was delicious and healthy. The food in the restaurant on the beach was great. There is a shop, barber, spa shop, dive centre, windsurfing, pool with swim up bar, kids club, evening entertainment, nice beach with crystal clear water. This place is great - you will not be disappointed.

Unser Aufenthalt im Jaz Dahabeya war außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Meer, und auch in die Stadt lässt es sich laufen oder billig ein Taxi nehmen. Es gab fast 24/7 abwechslungsreiches Essen von hoher Qualität - frisch gegrilltes Fleisch oder Fisch jeden Abend, viele arabische und französische Süßsspeisen, Salate, Obst, Gemüse und andere Spezialitäten - und fantastische Cocktails in den Bars, besonders ist Herr Beshoy Nabil zu loben. Das Personal ist mehr als aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, alles ist super sauber gehalten. Auf Wünsche wird reagiert und Hilfe schnell angeboten. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bad auch angenehm. Der Balkon zeigte zum Atrium mit täglichen Shows, die erst gegen 10 endeten und demnach bis 10 war es dort (und auch im Zimmer) etwas lauter. Die Strandlage ist wunderschön und auch die angrenzenden Surf- und Tauchschulen sind sehr empfehlenswert. Einzig das Fitness Studio war weniger als wir erwartet hätten. Wer mit großen Ambitionen an Gewichttraining während der Zeit in Dahab ins Hotel kommt wird enttäuscht sein. Größter Dank an Beshoy, Amr, Gamal und all die anderen fantastischen Mitarbeitenden.

Einzig das Fitness Studio war weniger als wir erwartet hätten. Wer mit großen Ambitionen an Gewichttraining während der Zeit in Dahab ins Hotel kommt wird enttäuscht sein.

The hotel was clean, very nice pool and beach, good food and drinks. Above all, the hotel staff is amazing, Special thanks to Mr.Ramy . the waiter and house keeping, everyone were kind and nice and great with kids. We felt like home. I really appreciate the hospitality!!! · The meals were delicious .

المكان المناسب للاستجمام والهدوء والاسترخاء وممارسة الرياضات البحرية. لم اكن اتوقع ان يوجد في مدينة دهب فندق بهذا الروعة والجمال من حيث كل شئ، الفندق 4 نجوم ولكنه يستحق ان يكون 6 نجوم. الاشخاص المسؤولين عن الاستقبال اكثر بشاشة والمساعدة السريعة وشكر خاص أ/ كيرلس. اما المطعم فأحب أشكر الشيف ايمن لروعة الطعام اللذيذ والمتنوع وشكر لكل فريق عمله في المطعم. وشكر خاص ل هيثم ، محمد ، تيتو لممارسة الرياضات ونحن علي الشاطئ. النظافة اكثر من رائعة. وأشكر كبير ل م/ حسام محمد مدير الفندق لحسن الضيافة ومجهودة الكبير لأظهار الفندق بهذا الجمال.

It was conveniently located near the beach and the pool was really nice but not as big as the pictures suggest.

The food was really poor, I didn’t like any of the food in either restaurants. and considering the high rating this place got, overall, it wasn’t that good. Even the spa, I came out with bruises than I went in with.

Food not alway fresh although they try there best cleaning was OK + but not great. Extras like tea, soda, beer.. Is extremely expensive.. I paid 3$ for tea and 4$ for water

The sea is lovely with a sandy beach.

The hotel is run down and it has seen its hey day long time ago. The wear and tear factor is clearly visible. Unless you are from Israel, they don't give you expected attention. Or otherwise, they will be in your face to pay them tips like the room service. Definitely more training needed. The restaurant is very small and not prepared for the peak season with lots of staff taking over so that the guests feel like a spare wheel. For the money we paid like 250 USD per night you'd expect at least a feel good factor. Definitely it was not good value for money stay.

The staff is amazing , special thanks to Ali Brakat -Reservation Supervisor for helping us to complete our reservation . also to Kerolles for ensuring our comfort all the time. thanks to beshoy and mohamed from the pool. Amazing staff . we will be back.

I would have rate 10 but.... WiFi is not as mentioned. Rooms no WiFi except the lobby and beach bar. Also water are not served during dinner....only for purchase....that is 😢
