My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay here!! Our room was spacious and comfortable and our bathroom was modern and clean. The resort is a stone's throw away from the beach. The pool areas are lovely and there are so many bars. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food selection is incredible and they change up lunch and dinner every day. We were so sad to leave!

Their taxi airport service is extremely overpriced - just make sure you go outside the resort and book a local taxi. It's less than half the price.

Dit hotel is echt ‘magic’. Het is zoeken naar een minpunt maar ik kan er geen vinden. Kamer, zwembaden, strand, eten, personeel, … één voor één top! Wij boeken zeker opnieuw!

Struttura con personale molto accogliente, dalla reception, ai camerieri, ai ragazzi degli asciugamani e persino gli chef. Ottimi i servizi quali piscine (con annessi bar), spiaggia privata, anfiteatro con animazione. Noi non ne abbiamo usufruito ma nella struttura ci sono anche i campi da calcio, da basket, palestra e area wellness.

L’unica nota stonata è stata l’organizzazione del transfer aeroportuale quando siamo atterrati, poiché lo avevamo richiesto in anticipo e al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad aspettarci.

Cet hôtel m’a réconciliée avec le principe d’hôtel « club ». L’hôtel en lui même (malgré les travaux) est un havre de paix, ou il fait bon se détendre ou s’amuser en famille. Vraiment beau et propre, la plage est accessible et surtout….calme comparé aux hôtels autour! Le buffet repas et vraiment varié (même pour les végétariens,et ça c’est rare), mais surtout le personnel est au petit soin pour vous. Toujours le sourire et très bienveillant. Notre très spéciale pour l’équipe d’animation /danseur, Slim pour son incroyable bonne humeur, Rim pour son énergie (et ses costumes🤘)les danses et maquillages de mes enfants 😅 . Les danseurs sont incroyables, les spectacles de qualité 👌 Merci à la talentueuse Olga d’avoir mis des étoiles dans les yeux de ma fille avec le tissus aériens et le cerceau 🫶🏻💕 J’ai failli oublier la merveilleuse barrière de corail juste après le ponton🪸🐠…sublime quand le drapeau n’est pas rouge😅 Un hôtel que je recommanderai sans hésitation !

Purtroppo il wi-fi era presente solo nelle aree comuni ed era molto debole. Consiglio l’acquisto di una sim in aeroporto per poter navigare senza problemi.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly, location was a little far from the city but it was not a problem you’ll not need to go out.

Animation was far from Egyptian culture, a certain receptionist’s attitude only one person.

The wifi was bad: didn't work in many places including the rooms, we had to type the user and the password several times a day; and were advised by the reception to buy a local sim. The worst thing: our daughter didn't feel good so we took her to the the clinic. The doctor gave her an infusion and some medicines, and charged us 950$ (nine hundred and fifty Dollars!). We were not informed that we would be charged for the service, it was not written anywhere, and the bill was written by hand and was based on what the doctor wrote or decided (there was no price list). Again: 950$ The complaint is not about the quality of the medical service (it was excellent) but the fact that we were not informed prior to it about its cost, and no price list was shown to us; and thus we could not take the correct decision what to do and let the doctor to decide , and didn't consult with the insurance company in order to get its approval.

Very frustrating access policy to the water, they were fixing their jetty and shared another old jetty with the next door hotel , they only allowed water/ sea access for 2 hours a day after 4 pm while all the hotels around them are open from 8 am , very frustrating.

The staff were friendly, food was good, beautiful location.

The mattress and pillows were not comfortable. the mattress was very firm, felt like a box spring and the pillows were not new they were bumpy, they need to be changed.

It was everything perfect!

Nice cosy hotel. The rooms were small but clean. The bathrooms can be refreshed but also very clean. The staff all over the hotel was outstanding! Very nice and helpful! The food was delicious! The variety was too big and one has too much choice! I understood from the staff that the hotel management is Turkish and that the head chef of the kitchen is also. So that you can tell… The hotel is also a 10 minute drive from the airport!

The beach was poor…. Have seen much better in Egypt. Snorkeling from the pier was ok!

Magic World is really magic place to holiday. From beginning to the end, everyone was very helpful, professional and kind. Special thanks to reception, towel station and main restaurant team for their amazing service 😀 General facility areas and rooms were veeery clean, foods were very delicious. We love how clean and cozy this hotel. We highly recommend it for solos and families as it’s super kids freindly. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. They have the perfect animation team ever powerd by Mr.Sleim who is a very professional and talented person.We loved how the staff gave us the feeling of (home) specially Mr.Hamada and Mr.Ehab.

However, what made our stay this time shorter is the following: 1- we payed for a 5 stars hotel how come some staff members specifically in the restaurant to Curse and shout at each other in a humiliating way. Sometimes, without any proper reason. 2- No one told us that we cannot use the track line as it’s under construction and we found that when we tried to go there. Not just that, we had to go to Amwaj to use it which’s un acceptable at all. If we wanted Amwaj we would’ve went there which is much much lower in budget. Over all it was a bad beach experience this time.

Old and insufficient facilities, umbrellas on the beach are old and not enough shaded areas, breakfast is limited and repeated, pool is too humble.

Booked for one night as our current resort (Parrotel) was really crap. This is way better! Staff is very nice and helpful, not annoying, food and cocktails are great and much more better than our current resort!

WiFi is only available in de lobby, rest is no connection or very slow, but hey, it’s holiday.
