The hotel itself was quite clean. The staff were nice. The rooms and view where high quality in my eyes

The food was on the verge of inedible. So dissapointing. The pool was in construction and not working. Some services cost more money despite having signing up for "all included".

We got the suite, so the room was really big and fancy. Also they have a nice beach (even though I've experienced much nicer beaches in Sinai).

The room was dirty!! Especially the bathroom's floor (had stains and dirt on it) and the sink, but the entire room and hotel was dirty. The food way terrible. Old and tired vegetables, dry cereals, even the juice has a synthetic flavor. Do not count on the food there! Luckily I brought hummus in a box from Israel and some bread. The location is terrible as well. Very far from the border, meaning you have to take a taxi back and forth (~400 ponds to each direction), and pay both of the sides border fees (Israeli side~100 nis, Egyptian side- 405 ponds). That also means you're far from the restaurants, other camps, casinos and anything else. The crew wasn't nice at all, unhelpful, not a great customer experience. To demonstrate - We thought we lost our room keys, and they charged us 350 pounds for a new plastic card! Guess what- we actually found the keys later. When we tried to get our money back on the time of the check out, they held us for 3 hours "to wait for a manager to approve it". Eventually the person that was the the whole time gave us or money back, after 3 hours, no manager needed. Felt like they wanted us to give up. I don't recommend and won't visit there again.

Very big rooms.

I chose 2 rooms with the option to change dates. When I wanted to change my holiday dates, the hotel denied my request. I checked if the hotel has rooms available for these new dates and they were. But the biggest disappointment was the food. The food was disgusting. All of us, 4 people, gotten stomach hurts and was diarrhea. The hotel chefs have a great talent to cook worst dishes. There was pizza service at the pool at lunchtime, you really don't want to see the pizza. There was a barbecue every evening at the hotel, but the meat and kebabs was always very dry and burnt. Sweets and bakeries are not fresh, they are stored them in the freezer and served for breakfast. I payed for all inclusive and the kids have been hungry all these days. There were no snacks between meals, only drinks. Wifi is very pore and in the lobby. WiFi almost does not work in the rooms (3rd and 4th floors) The kids have nothing to do. The children's room is very dirty and all things in it are broken. The pool team organized yoga classes for 15 minutes every day and a water ball game. And it's all.
