Otelin pencere kenarları kirliydi ve içecekleri soğuk değildi arada buz problemi oluyordu böyle bi işletmeye bu tarz sorunlar yakışmadı

Il resort è enorme, bello e super organizzato! Ci ha impressionato come ci sia del personale per ogni piccola mansione, come il servizio “golf kart” per gli spostamenti nel resort. Il cibo davvero buono e anche i cocktail sono ottimi! Sei servito in tutto e per tutto, e lo staff é sempre a tua disposizione, anche il minimo problema te lo risolvono in un attimo!a In generale è una catena di resort pazzesca, ma al Sunrise Montemare ci torneremmo sicuramente!

I liked everything about the property. The location, the sea, the facility, the staff. Everything was just perfect for a relaxing holiday.

للعلم تم جحز ليلة واحدة عن طريق (booking)لكن من حسن تعامل العاملين في الفندق تم تجديد ليلتين اضافية. لجمال المكان وتكامل خدماته وحسن أخلاق وبشاشة العاملين رقيهم في التعامل .

Staff molto pressante e insistente

Nádherný rezort s peknou plážou a koralovým útesom s nádhernými rybičkami. Všade krásna , udržovaná zeleň, bazény...ozaj výnimočné. V hlavnej jedálni Horizont bol výborný výber, dcére pripravovali aj bezlepkovú stravu. Boli sme tam dva krát a pôjdeme opäť :)

Izby po malovani neboli dostatočne umyté, napr. kúsky malty na sprch.kútiku. Tiež jedlo v " talianskej" reštaurácii Basilico nesplnilo moje očakávanie

The staff at all areas of the property were amazing, always going out of their way to ensure everything is catered for.

The property is clean but could be renovated or revamped. There is a general issue with flies, like fruit flies mosquitos etc. but not too much of an issue.

Hotel má svoju pláž s korálovým útesom s množstvom rýb a pestrý podvodný svet. Súkromný bazén bol topka.

Izby by bolo potrebné zrenovovať k 5* štandardu hotela, vyzerajú vypoužívano a má to bližšie k Egyptským 5* ako svetovým. Å la carte reštaurácie nie sú plnohodnotnými Å la carte. Chcelo by to lepšie vyškoliť kuchárov a pozdvyhnúť gastronómiu v hoteli. Skôr by som hotelu udelil 4* ako 5.

Eigenlijk was alles goed. Al het personeel was aardig, behulpzaam en respectvol, kamer was ruim en schoon, bed was fijn, restaurants waren goed. Ideale plek om even bij te komen en te relaxen.

We spent 7 days in a swim-up room and it was amazing! Pool was also heated so it was perfect, plus you have a really kind waiter bringing you whatever you wanted to drink at anytime, the sea view was nice, and the beach as well. Every waiter was really nice and welcoming, paying attention to you and giving you whatever you asked, restaurants a la carte are high level, specially the Manzonku and Mangal, for the reception Abdalla took care of us in every detail! I had his number so I was texting directly with him and he made sure everything here was perfect, really kind and always ready to help. Room was really clean and the guy cleaning was super kind! Staff at the buffet was amazing too everybody really kind and spoiling us!

The staff animation was terrible, since we’ve been 3 times in different resort in sharm el sheik they were by far the worst, they weren’t even saying “hello” to people when walking by them, we arrived Saturday and first time we talk to one of them was last day, even when we went for activities planned by them they weren’t even talk to you, really bad, bad aquagym and really poor activities, literally only bad thing about resort was the animation

El complejo en sí está genial. Buenas acomodaciones, buenas vistas, variedad en todos los sentidos, limpieza y servicio de 10.

Los restaurantes del complejo deberían mejorar su menú y tener un precio más ajustado a su calidad. El restaurante asiático, por ejemplo, si te gusta de verdad la gastronomía asiática ahórratelo (nuddles con ketchup, arroz pasado y seco en el sushi...) no es su fuerte y deja mucho que desear y el precio es desorbitado.

È stata la nostra seconda volta al montemare. La struttura è veramente bellissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. A partire dai giardini, la spiaggia e le varie piscine. Lo staff dei vari bar/ristoranti sempre molto gentili e disponibili.

Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno fatto aspettare 1 ora prima di accompagnarci in stanza. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade della stanza…Si la stanza era spaziosa ma dare ad una coppia una stanza con 3 letti è praticamente inutile. Non ci è piaciuto inoltre che per accedere al building bisognava passare sotto gli scivoli della piscina. La camera non era pulita perfettamente ma sopratutto era piena di zanzare che ci hanno torturato tutte le notti. Ci era stato fornito un numero whatsapp da contattare in caso di necessità. Abbiamo scritto a metà soggiorno perché avevamo la febbre e ci occorreva un termometro e un po’ di cibo in stanza, mai ricevuta risposta. Per quanto riguarda il cibo…siamo italiani. Difficile trovare un posto dove si possa dire di mangiare bene però tutto sommato ci si sfamava.

- Amazing sea view from the room thanks to the hanging garden style layout - Lush gardens full of exotic birds - Very nice staff, treated us like royals, special thanks for the crew of the Island Pool Bar - Lively corals on site and nearby (swam with a turtle, a manta ray and uncountable number of marine species) - Delicious food in the a la carte restaurants (all of them are part of the AI package with no limits, except the Felucca Fish Restaurant) - Wide selection of food in the main restaurtant, including seafood and exotic fruits - Always found available sunbeds on the beach - Adults only beach zone - No push sales on the beach - Free wifi available all over the hotel, including the beach and the rooms

- Some of the rooms are outdated (we encountered some plumbing issues, but the staff reacted with no hesitation to solve the problem and offered extra services as a compliment), special thanks to Mr. Hisham - Smoke-puffing bus service inside the hotel (it fills the beach area with smoke in every 5 minutes) - 189 steps up from the beach to the main lobby (they can be bypassed by a bus service, but we always walked up to compensate for the excess amount of food we consumed) - Missed an adults only zone in the main restaurant

This is not my first time in the hotel and I really like this hotel and I like the service specifically when we hear the welcoming as welcome home it's really nice to hear our friend Hisham reception Manager always available for us and he have a wonderful and excellent reception team we also did enjoyed our meals in the all restaurants very testey and the big variety gives you lots of choice We are looking forward for the next visit to our home again

Incredible customer service and remarkable personnel, in particular: -Salwa Mohamed from reception was amazing and accomodate all our requests (she did a fantastic job and made us feel special. Very difficult to find such a personalized and attentive assistance. Special thanks to her!); -Mohammed (Restaurant Manager) very friendly and competent.

Food variety should be increased and after a certain nr of days starts to become repetitive. Options and variety in a la carte restaurant also needs to be increased.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Sunrise Montemare Resort. Fantastisk välskött anläggning med vackra planteringar och stora rena fina pooler. Maten i buffén var okej om än lite repetativ. Vi testade dock den italienska och den asiatiska restaurangen och maten och servicen där var utmärkt. Ett särskilt tack till Mohamed i Aquabar som serverade fantastiska drinkar, alltid med ett leende på läpparna samt till badvakterna i Aquapoool för att ni var så bra med barnen och bidrog till den goda stämningen. Till allt detta kan vi lägga den fina stranden och den utmärkta snorklingen!!! Tack Sunrise Montemare Resort för en utmärkt familjesemester.

Det var lite omständligt att boka bord i à la carte restaurangerna och även svårt att få plats.

The resort was great. First time to Egypt and I was a little hesitant and unsure where to stay. After reading many reviews decided to book Sunrise Montemare Resort and was so glad I did. My husband and I like to dive and having Nemos dive centre on site was very handy. Reef outside resort is beautiful and the resort itself was beautiful. Food was varied and the all inclusive drinks were also ok. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nothing I didn’t like. We originally got put in a room by the kids pool but we spoke to reception and they moved us!
