Really enjoyed this STAY we came here from the Cardo hotel, which was absolutely terrible! And they saved the last end of our trip… staff are very friendly, and attentive. Everything we ask for was done quickly. The only thing I would say let’s the hotel is that the pillows are too small for the bed! And the TV should not be restricted to 30. I have hard hearing and it was hard to hear the TV sometimes.

After a long day, staff were welcoming. We also got a complimentary drink and appetisers as our room wasn't quite ready. Beds were comfy, room large. Great stay.

It's a little strange that they came to clean our room at 9.30 and woke us up when check out was at 12pm. Even if we were out and about, we would've then used the room before checking out so would need cleaning again.

Alleen de ligging en het ontbijt, en het feit dat we zonder problemen rest verblijf kosteloos konden cancelen. Ontbijt verder ok.

Vermijd dit hotel als de ....l. Is 25+ graden binnen in kamers en airco werkt in de winter niet. Snikbenauwd, ondragelijk warm op kamers. Ramen kunnen niet open. Dus nul ventilatie. Matrassen zijn van beton en de doorgezakte slaapbankjes van de kringloop. 2 nachten iedereen geen oog dicht gedaan.Toen vertrokken. Diverse verzoeken bij receptie kregen verder nooit opvolging. Gangen staan hele tijd vol met meurende leftovers vd roomservice die niet worden opgehaald. We reizen vrij veel en dit is by far de slechtse 5 sterren ervaring ooit. Ik geef het 3 sterren.
