Området är toppen!

Brandlarmet gick en morgon 05.30, inte så kul för oss som kommit sent kvällen innan och som hade behlvt en ordentlig natts sömn. Ingen kompensation för det eller förklaring till vad som hänt mer än att det var falsk alarm. Inte helt lätt att somna om efter det... Vi saknade spegel på rummet, visst fanns det en på toaletten men det vore bra med en i själva rummet också. Det blev väldigt blött på golvet när man duschade och vi saknade en handduk att använda till att torka upp det, det brukar vanligtvis finnas en som är avsedd för just det. Kaffet var väldigt klent, ena morgonen togs kaffet bort innan frukosten var slut. Grönsakerna kunde vara skurna i tunnarna skivor så att det går att ha på smörgåsen. Annars bra frukost!

Breakfast was excellent, with wide choice of food and very careful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Air conditioning... first of all air conditioning in Oslo is nonsense, when outside temperature was 20*C max. Inside the room there is centralized air conditioning, and it was on and cold 24/24. I asked twice the reception, they told me that guests cannot turn it off or slow it down. Moreover, there was the constant noise of the fan pushing cool air in the room. As a result, the room was exceedingly cold and at mornings I woke up with nose dripping. That is simply unhealthy and unsustainable. While the room was comfortable, the bathroom was tiny and without hangers for clothes

The staffs and the location are very good.

Breakfast was included and there was a lovely variety of food. There were tram stops nearby, it wasn’t too far from major attractions. It was easy to get a taxi and uber during the weekdays to this location. It was quiet. I never heard any other people on the floor or next door. The room was spacious. The couch outside the elevator on the ground floor was very convenient for meeting people. The pillows, duvet, and sheets were all very comfortable to sleep on. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was expensive. The shower water didn’t stay in the shower despite our best efforts. Water was always all over the floor after a shower. There was no shower mat in the tub for ensuring we didn’t slip and fall. There was also no bath mat to put down outside of the tub to safely step onto without slipping and falling. It would be great if they could get some blackout curtains that are hung in such a way to block the light.

Everything was great! Good location, clean hotel and absolutely amazing breakfast! I don’t understand the bad reviews, of course the hotel is not the newest, but that’s already visible from the photos, but it is still very clean.

Tha fastest check in ever, took like circa 40 seconds or so. Smiley and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Location is very good, just few steps from Royal palace

room was cold, draft all night. no central heating and very small heater provided didn't cope. bedside lights didn't work, hair dyer faulty too. not standard I've experienced at other Scandic hotels

Was able to check in earlier than 3pm as the room was ready. Located close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around. Clean room, had everything you’d need. Great breakfast with lots of choice

The location is excellent

The whole place is a bit run down. No coffeemaker in the room, and the hairdryer did not work. Breakfast somewhat old fashioned. But very responsive staff.

The Hotel is Old style and well maintained. Very close to tram station and located in a nice neighborhood. The room was cosy and acceptable. soundproofing was ok and no noise from outside. Breakfast in the morning was quite reach, fresh and good variety. Comfort bed and very clean bed linen.

Bathroom could be better, specially the shower bathtub and water splashing but the rest was ok with nice temperature controlled. Not to much choice for toiletterie.

The breakfast restaurant was not too bad in terms of design although a bit outdated. Staff was friendly and food was marked well. I appreciated that there was some options for vegan and vegetarian food

Quality of bread and desserts were not the best. Missed the option of filtered coffee

The central aircoditioner in hotel is not able to switch off, it produces noice and cold air. It was difficult to sleep.

Breakfast was amazing (all you can eat) - great selection of eggs meats fruits and cereals - fresh juices and all kinds of coffees and teas - all fresh and presented in a superb manner - with service with smile :)

There was no kettle in the room - we had to ask for it at reception (which was not obvious at check-in). Some furniture should be fixed or replaced - no tea, water or coffee in the room...

The breakfast was the best part of this accommodation, and the room was clean

The room was tiny. The "bar" was a lounge area without any actual bar, just wine/beer sold from the reception. The restaurant is only for breakfast. The staff tried to be helpful but had zero information about Oslo new years eve events and little other Oslo activities.

The llcation is perfect, well connected with the airport. Breakfast is excellent.

Rooms could have a bit better facilities. For example, there are no slippers, which is expected for a 4-star hotel. The rooms are not overly comfortable, so there is only one bedside table between the beds, not two, even though the room is double.

My daughter forgot an expensive head phones, I called the hotel and luckily they found them, but I have been in contact with them several times to arrange the sending the article by post.The first receptionist didn’t speak proper English and was a bit rude. I contacted them many times after, in order to find out the status of the request, but unfortunately the second receptionist ( this time a man ) also was very rude and was not happy that I have to call again to find out about the status . 4 days after, the article has not been send to my address and they have not informed me about the amount that will be change to my credit card.

I really apreciate to have breakfast in the morning and that the venue of the meeting was near to the Hotel.
