فندق جميل لزوجين - اخذت غرفه دخول للمسبح . قريب للشاطي لكن نزول من جبل . فيه خدمه توصيل للبوابه الفندق لان الفندق صعب المشي له على جبل. الموظفين متعاونين

المباني غير مرقمه لازم كل مره اروح للوبي عشان اركب اوبر ، الفندق على جبل

Location was amazing, although rooms are situated in a cliff but the steps were built to ease the transfer. beach was nice so many fish “ free snorkeling :)” its in patong but still away from all the craziness.

The pool, pizza could have been better…

Le personnel est au petit soin . L’hôtel est magnifique, la vue pour le petit déjeuner est superbe. Très bon emplacement, à 50 mètres de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié

Le seul problème se sont les chambres qui donnent sur la rue c’est très bruyant la nuit

Le cadre était magnifique, ainsi que les extérieurs dont les piscines. Très joli hôtel en face de la mer qui offre une vue dégagée sur Patong. Les réceptionnistes sont très à l'écoute et super arrangeantes. Le dernier jour, on nous a laissé profiter de la piscine toute la journée et début d'après midi ensuite on nous a fait se doucher au fitness avant de prendre notre vol.

First time in Thailand that I meet a staff that speaks English!! Shocking! 3 weeks and no one understands you at the hotel except Novotel employees! Cleaning lady (on Wednesday) was extra great! She took care of the smallest details. Food at breakfast pretty big options, very good! Super fresh, 9/10. Mr. Edward HW Chen & Ayudn, super nice, well spoken English, they took care of all of our needs, gave us some local recommendations, made sure we are good, checked on us daily. Honestly every employee I had interacted with was extremely nice. Including the amazing shuttle crew. The hotel beach was really nice, no chairs though. Better to book all activities on the street prices are way cheaper.

The check out process took 25 min, pretty long, they had no line, just took forever to process one charge, not sure why, she was also interrupted By other reps while trying to check out maybe that’s why. Shuttle hours, I wish it was all day and not taking a break between 4- 8pm (16:00 - 20:00) that way we could have enjoyed the town more often.

The hotel was very beautiful, clean, nice staff and very close to the beach

The walking street is little bit far and found it very difficult to walk back to the hotel and to the rooms without a vehicle specially if you are not fit to walk high hills

The hotel has a beautiful view over the bay at patong and is in good walking distance to everything you need without being in the rachis hustle and bustle. At night you can hear the very loud music from the tuk-Tuks but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. There’s a shuttle bus that takes you up and down the hill and staff are all helpful and friendly. We booked our boat tour to Pha nga through the desk there with John grey boat tours and it was excellent from start to finish. The staff in the kids club were lovely and attentive (special shout out to Maria). Having the kids club enabled us to enjoy a spa treatment on site which was also very good. There was a brilliant array of food available at breakfast time and the one time that we ate in the restaurant it was tasty too. The staff also arranged a couple of nice treats to commemorate our anniversary year.

The prices are pretty high (by Thailand standards), for spa treatments, the optional paid kids activities, food and drink. Though I will say the happy hour drinks and deals are reasonable but aligned to typical uk prices. The tiles in the bathroom, whilst beautiful are very slippery- we had a towel on the floor the whole time as we were conscious of the kids maybe slipping.Beds are also quite firm but this seems to be a running theme across Thailand. Whilst there were activities listed each day, we didn’t see much happening by the pool, but perhaps it being rainy season played a part there. Could possibly do with more play facilities for older children as the play room mainly catered to small ones. It did get very busy in the breakfast area and one one occasion our table was taken but a group whilst we were up getting food. Could maybe do with opening up more seating in the sky at building or something. The sky bar bit didn’t appear to be open any of the evenings that we went along, though you could still order in the lobby area.

The 3 swimming pools and the view from the hotel and the room. Good and affordable spa. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to nearby mall, was especially handy on a heavy rain day.

The hotel is a bit dated, not enough sockets in the room which is very poorly lit. The dining options are very limited, same menu in all restaurants. Staff very nice but clearly not well trained.

I booked pool plug room but already they (Novotel) sold out any other clients This is not fair we adjust without pool room and charges pool plug room (This is my complaint) In future we can’t faith in Booking.com If Novotel have no more pool plug rooms so why they booked my rooms😔😔👎

Lovely views from the top of the hill, nice breakfast

Not suitable for families with small children, elderly people, people with mobility issues/ disabilities. Lots of unavoidable flights of stairs, lift system basically non- existent.
