Stanza con ampia visuale sul fiume e sui grattacieli, ampio buffet.

È una struttura datata, aria condizionata rumorosa, non si può fare nulla A piedi in quanto decentrato, si trova su una via a veloce scorrimento, anche se a 10 min da uno dei moli da cui prendere il traghetto. Personale abbastanza gentile ma scarso di informazioni, probabilmente anche a causa del gap linguistico. La vista sul Fiume è disturbata dalla presenza di vecchie navi merci, non ha il Fascino della vista sul fiume degli alberghi più centrali, e anche il ristorante sul fiume risente di questa vista

L’entrée est sublime, le personnel est serviable, la chambre est spacieuse et la vue sur la rivière est magnifique.

Malheureusement le logement est un petit peu excentré du centre :(

Unbelievable palatial-style environment, helpful staff (actually speaking English), river view from our room, warm pool under the starts, and in the morning a perfect breakfast. What's not to like! The mall nearby (Terminal 21) is also quite decent location to visit in the evening. Some quirky decorations (Paddington in Gryffindor colors on a Hogwarts Express?), but good choice of restaurants, shops and a bigger grocery store.

First of all, has to be said that the location of the hotel might be an issue for some. There's no easy way to get there with "touristy" public transport - metro, skyline, boats, etc. It wasn't a problem to us at all - we came by a tuktuk from Asiatique and left next day on a Grab taxi - but it's not as easy as it would be for some other hotels. And I think one could reach it in a bus. (There's supposed to be a shuttle to Asiatique, but it's running only a few times per day and the driver was sick if I understood correectly) Then, one thing that annoyed us, that the (excellent) pool didn't accept cards or "putting it on a room's bill". We had to go up into our room to fetch cash needed to pay for the ice cream. Usually even the simpler hotels try to make purchasing as easy as possible!

Hotel seems to be very old and around 10 kms from city centre. Rooms are very big, spacious. I have struggled with internet during my stay and it did not work. Staff is good, very polite and humble. Being vegetarian, did not have much veg. options in food.

Hotel ambience is not very attractive, internet services are not good and far from city centre.
