The location is suburb, private beach with lifesaving guard.

The food was amazing, delicious and diverse.

Liked everything about our stay. Location was Very nice, staff also, room was clean and the food was very good. Loved the pool and the beach.

The beatch, the food.

They have bad bugs in some room... last two days me and my wife where bitten verry bad ... ant there are some other couples that had the same problem.

We didn't like the noise made by the screaming kids. Also, the big bed is made with 2 matreses.

The view and the beach is fabulous. The sand is fine without sharp shells. The forest like park gives a unique atmosphere to the place.The staff was very friendly.

The animation program is more for little kids. The breakfast was always the same, the rest was ok. I've expected a little bit more from a 5* hotel.

Gorgeous location for a beachfront hotel, nice view from room, excelent pool, great natural park, not crowed in July.

Hotel: definitively not a 5 star hotel, poor services, a la carte restaurants was closed when we arrived (on a Friday), Fx exchange closed; very poor quality of the food. Room: witout black out curtains, unconfortable bed and pillows, rusty bathroom, cracked wall tiles, poor & few toiletris.

Good location, food was very good presented and lots of varieties.

cleaning could be improved, especially the pool had a lot of black mold and the sand at the bottom wasn’t cleaned in the 4 day we stayed.

This hotel is not worth more than 3 stars. Our luck was that we stayed only 3 nights. When we arrived we were starving, as the policy of the hotel is to check in only after 3 PM, and the only place to eat was by the pool, until 5 o/clock pm and they only had hotdogs We arrived at 16.52 and asked for a hotdog. The lady serving at the counter was very rude and started to argue in bulgarian and did not want to serve us. She told us she was missing the bus and the dinner will start at 6:30 p.m. There was no bottle of drinking water in the room at the 5 stars all inclusive hotel. In the evening we went to the room with plastic glasses of water from the hotel lobby. I wanted to buy water, but they did not accept payment by credit card and asked for cash payment in euro or leva. The sunbeds on the beach were insufficient, at 7 o'clock they were occupied with towels, by those who already knew how things were going. There weren't enough seats at the dining room, so we waited for someone to get up from the table. On the first evening, one person of the staff in the restaurant came telling us that if we didn't eat anymore, we have to go to the lobby with drinks, but we did not finish our dinner. Not at all kind staff!!!!!! Poor cleaning on halls and terraces. The hotel looks old. On the second day of our stay, our room was not cleaned at all, they didn't even change towels and throw garbage. Parking is paid, but you are hundreds of meters from where you leave your car to the entrance. The only plus for this hotel is the positioning in front of the beach and the view. I do not recommend this hotel at all, at the price of 5 stars and just 2-3 stars of service.

Beach and water clean, very nice sand. Excellent food options, could do with some more options for kids though. Very big room, cleaned every two days. Nice towels and toiletries. The hotel needs an open air terrace for serving food for COVID-19 related reasons, and for the general comfort of the guests.

Restaurant was available only indoors - big dislike for health related/COVID-19 concerns. Restaurant was very crowded. Room was clean, but common areas not so i.e. hallways, elevators etc. Little food options at the beach snack bar. Sunbeds were 'reserved' for hours by other guests who put their towels on but were not at the beach - hotel management should have a policy about that as there were days when we could not find available sunbeds on the hotel beach, and this is not acceptable for an all inclusive trip. Parking is for a fee for journeys less than 7 nights.

The location is very very good, nice and quiet. Maybe they can improve the food.

The Landscap

Not clean,, no housekeeping,, the staff are very angry Ed not spiking English (only 2 staff was helpful), no room service and electricity keep going out,the restaurant was very less and the experience is horrible. No one from the guest are wearing mask when they are taking food from the buffet. The swimming pool and the beach should be exclusive, but anyone who wants to come from outside is free, because no one is checking.

Outdoor space very well mantained, a lot of flowers and trees, very nice and large pool, which was close to the beach, new and very confortable sun beds, quite area

Staff was not friendly at all, food was average (diversity but the same every day), wine of very poor quality

The room was really wide and comfortable with amazing sea view. The beach is exactly in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and they help you if you have some issues.

There were some nails on the stairs in the room that need to be fixed.

The location of the hotel is great, all rooms are big and with sea view. The property is very big and quiet. The beach and the pools are clean and great. The reception staff was nice and helpful. If they do something to change the rest of the staff we will surely come back here(mainly the cleaning staff)

The room was dirty: we found a pair of dirty socks under the bedroom bed, the bathroom wasn`t properly clean before our arrival(the WC closet was very dirty), the bedroom door had a broken hinge, the minibar was dirty and the list goes on After the first night we saw the cleaning lady next to our room and handed her the garbage, presuming that she was about to come in, but we were wrong.. There was absolutely NO cleaning service during our 4 nights stay: not even toilet paper refill or garbage disposal. We were with 2 other friends that were occupying a separate room and they even posted the card on their door with no luck. The staff(except the reception staff and another guy who was serving drinks at the restaurant) was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

The pool, food, surrounding area (park with trees and trails), right on the beach. The hotel and pool were not crowded, we did not feel as joining a bulk tourists place. Again, the pool, worth everything:)

The parking lot (not exactly a parking lot, rather parking on the curbside along the hotel building, but at a cost of 10 lev per day) and room carpet (not exactly suitable for a seaside room - beige carpet, stains and dirt was visible).
