Cleaning lady entered room even though we put the card with “do not disturb” out on the doorknob.

Mic dejun excelent si foarte diversificat, camera curata si spatioasa, prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic. Locatia hotelului este perfecta, intr-o oaza de verdeata amenajata cu mult bun gust, iar apa din piscina exterioara a fost la incalzita la temperatura perfecta ! As reveni oricand la aceasta locatie ❤ ❤ ❤ Recomand !!! *****

Musik am Pool, stört

We liked the look and feel of the property. Everything was super fine - the view, the garden, the pool, the lobby. Modern design - in a good way. We also liked the fact that the kids pool was warm and nice. There was a café right next to it so the parents could enjoy frappe while the kid is swimming, and you can watch him from the café. The location is great - it’s right next to the beach, and also the restaurants around our are very good. It looks very high end location and atmosphere. The singers in dinner were very professional, and there was a romantic atmosphere in the garden of the main restaurant. There is a pianist, looks like a princess at the lobby- she is amazing. If you buy also the Aqua house free entrance, it’s also one of the best spa and thermal pools we’ve been at. The view to the sea is amazing and also the atmosphere.

- Most of the stuff never smile, and it looks like they’re doing your favor even talking to you. - the kids club is not real- we saw in the website that they have a kids club, but actually there is only a room with toys and no stuff is there.

We loved the hotel. The room was very big and clean, the bed confortable, nothing to complain about. Good variety of food also.

Just 2 minor inconveniences - the soap and water were not refilled unless we asked for them.

The pool area is large and comfortable and clean, the pool itself is heated and very uncrowded. There is a separation line where people who want to swim longer can do that. The umbrellas could be a bit larger, but it is not a big downside, as one could change sinners depending on time of the day. Rooms are spacious and clean, big TV set, cleaners replace the bedding periodically and replenish complementary water and coffee. Quite tranquil, despite 3 weddings within 10 days at the property. Nice musical performances in the lobby. Good gym. Have not used the seaside beach. Breakfast food was good, we generally went for dinner outside, buffet dinner in the hotel was ok, but without any drinks included.

Chairs could have been better cleaned at the pool bar, soft drinks should be included with the buffet dinner. The reception area seemed a bit understaffed, and the staff at the pool sometimes forgot to bring parts of the order. But overall the stay was very pleasant and relaxing.
